Similar experience to another reviewer. I Purchased a Perfect Draft machine in April, used it for less than 5 months before it packed up completely. Contacted the company and received a pathetic response more or less saying tough, your problem now, have a nice evening. Originally, when ordered the machine was well below the grade 4/5 that was selected but gave the company the benefit of the doubt but that was probably deliberate now looking back. The company are up there with one of the worst I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service to date. Would definitely advise all potential purchasers to avoid this company. I've now purchased a new one direct from Philips. JOKE OF A COMPANY, AVOID!!

Purchased a Perfect Draft machine, used it for 5 months before it packed up completely. No response from the company. Even before it packed up it had multiple problems. It was rated as top condition on their website and was far from it. I've now purchased a new one direct from Philips. Buy cheap by twice as they say!

Ordered from this company Friday last week, received today (Tuesday). Service was best I’ve ever had. I had a question about order about half an hour after ordering, my order was already packed, ready for shipping and I was provided with consignment number. Customer service is by WhatsApp so I got virtually an instant reply. Genuinely couldn’t speak more highly of the company. Highly recommend. Plus the Blade Machine is amazing as well!!!
