Love popping in to see mr burp. Always have a good chat and always has my big foam bananas that I can’t seem to find anywhere. Brilliant prices, especially on the new freeze dried sweets. The skittles are my favourite. Wonderful customers services and a lovely guy. My favourite candy man 🍭🍭🍭🍭
I had a recent visit to this sweet shop to get my niece some sweets. She had a liking to the ‘freeze dried sweets’ she picked up a packet to show me so this could be purchased and the shop keeper flew around to the stand and told her not to pick them up and told her to look at a sign which was over 2ft above her and was barely able to read.
If the shop keeper had waited 20 seconds he would have realised we were purchasing said item. After that it was extremely awkward. Find it very odd you’re not allowed to pick up an item you wish you purchase? Is it table service in this sweet shop? The sweets were lovely but the shop keeper ruined the whole experience, would not recommend going whilst he’s there unless you want to be groaned at for buying something.
Would like to say mrburp sweets are truly scrumptious I’ve had many orders from mrburp his dedication to confectionery is outstanding and his selection of all types of sweets so good. I always order online and every time it’s been great and they have great sweets drinks and crisps English and American high quality pick and mix and delivery by Royal Mail don’t take long and it’s signed for so if u not in they try next day I will always order online as his sweet shop in Hastings I over 5 hrs away from me so ordering online is great I recommend this company to anyone
