Molesey Refrigeration are just the best and go over and beyond with their professionalism , expertise and assistance . I have recently purchased a new Bosch silver oven , a Bosch pull along vacuum cleaner , a Hotpoint washing machine and a Statesman under counter larder fridge which is scheduled to arrive next Monday . I am very happy with everything to date and having dealt with MR over the years in both professional and personal capacities , I would not go anywhere else and fully recommend them . Thank you !

Working with Molesey Refrigeration Centre for 18 years has always been positive. Staff in the showroom are always helpful and willing, as are the warehouse and delivery teams. Purchasing for my kitchen business as well as for family and friends has been very easy. They have a great range of appliances and other items to choose from, and they offer constructive, honest advice when asked. I often send my customers there to help with their decision making.

I used MrCentre only as a result of having a bad experience with John Lewis for the installation of an integrated dishwasher. After having that dishwasher returned for the botch they made, I turned to a local supplier Cotswood Kitchens in Surbiton who partner with MrCentre and whose team are very pleasant and professional in the way they conduct their business. They asked me specific questions about my kitchen (which I would have expected John Lewis to do on their own shop floor), which as it turns out revealed the fact that I needed a different hinge type in order to obtain a good finish on the install. Very happy with the result and it just goes to show that blindly relying on big names is not necessarily the best course of action. Support local suppliers!.

Luke and the team are great in all aspects. Great on price and service. We have used Molesey Refrigeration Centre for a number of years and I would definitely recommend them!

I can't fault them on both price and aftersales service. Craig in sales has been particularly helpful in product choice with a breadth of knowledge and excellent advice along the way.

I called on Wednesday and the fridge freezer was delivered on Saturday - the first opportunity for my tenants. They took the old unit away for just £20. The communication was great through. Great value and highly recommended. Matt A

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for appliances. The team are knowledgeable, helpful and super pleasant to deal with. Craig has been especially wonderful throughout the process of choosing our new kitchen appliances and getting them installed.

We came on a Thursday to look for a cooker and it was installed today 2 days later. Everything about our experience of Molesey Refrigeration from start to finish was first class. And, about £100 cheaper than John Lewis!!

My family have been using Molesey Refrigeration for over 40 years.
Ordered new washing machine online was called within 5 minutes of order to arrange a delivery date and time.

I couldn’t recommend Molesey Refrigeration Centre more - they (particularly Craig) are so helpful and quick to respond. I’ve bought a range cooker and a washing machine from them and the service has been first class both times. When I had a small issue with my cooker they were quick to contact the manufacturer and get it sorted and when I bought my washing machine they had it delivered and installed the very next day as mine had broken. They also price match and where they can’t install the appliance, they provide a list of recommended installers.

Knowlegable, helfpul staff and a great range of products. Reasonble prices and timely delivery.
What's not to like

We only spoke to one person in the shop and he was exceptionally helpful. He showed us the relevant fridge freezers and left us alone to make our own choice. He offered us space in the shop freezer in order to store our food whilst the exchange was made, (great idea).

The delivery guys were friendly and efficient. They set up the unit and levelled I. I fitted the back spacers when I found them in the instruction package. They also removed the old one.

It would have been nice to have a phone call to give a rough time of arrival. As it was getting late in the morning I had to ring twice to confirm the delivery.

All in all, I give four stars.

Wonderful service I had measured wrong and when they delivered my fridge freezer it wouldn’t fit But no problem changing it. Alex was VERY helpful and spent a lot of time sorting me out. Very pleased

Note that apparently if you do not give them a 5 star review they will just harass you to remove it (they sent us an email) - my review on Goggle appears to have been 'blocked' as cannot see it.

Original review: Initially started off as a great experience but went downhill with the second interaction.

For some products they cannot speak to the supplier directly so have to act through an intermediary still. They spent weeks just agreeing a design (after us having to chase them multiple times). They then wrongly assured us that the part would be delivered in 2 weeks. We started work and had builders in working on that timeline as well. The day before the deadline they assured us we would get the piece imminently. That day came and went and they did not bother to update us. After chasing multiple times they told us there would be another 2 week delay - all building work could not proceed any further.

After all that, when we finally got the piece it was not long enough for the run that we need. Thankfully we could re-use some pieces and proceed with the work. Only giving 2 stars not 1 since they did then send the additional required pieces that would enable us to connect everything at the end (as should have been specified originally).

Do not be fooled about prices, if you look and compare you'll find they are mostly the same as everywhere else. Any saving is not worth the hassle.
