Might "digwell" but doesn't do customer service..............
I know Mr Digwell is getting on, he was an old boy in the second world war but he could at least get someone to answer his customer's emails.
I purchased some tomato seeds, they grew, they grew green, they grew like plums, they changed to yellow and, were ready to pick; good eh! Problem was these tomatoes should have been red and round. so I contacted the Mr Digwell website expecting a reasonably quick reply, an apology for the incorrectly packed seed, and maybe a packet of the correct seeds. I got nothing, no reasonably quick reply, no apology for the incorrectly packed seeds and of course, no packet of the correct seeds. So I contacted them again, and the same thing happened, absolutely nothing. I then tried for the third time, I used their in-house contact form and again nothing. I appreciate that packing can go wrong but what I cannot accept is exceptionally poor or non existant customer service.
So remember when you want gardening products or seeds that Mr Digwell has become old and cantankerous, so let him rest and leave him, and his products alone.
