Excellent company and great items
Bought a swedish army freeze dried ration menu 3 for a very reasonable price considering the rarity of these rations the website was excellent and easy to navigate communication was excellent and quick delivery! Would highly recommend his company if you like your army rations .

Sent someone elses order and they received mine, and they were unhelpful and rude in their responses. In response to your message I was contacted on my personal mobile by some guy as you have given him all my personal detail which is a breach of GDPR and I didn’t want the other order

Hi, Again we are sorry your order didnt go as planned but mistakes do happen, we certainly werent rude. We issued a full refund within minutes of your contact and compensated you with keeping the incorrect order received with a higher value of £50 for the trouble.
This was the best we could do as your very first email was quite threatening and any replacement sent wouldn't have made it by your next day deadline. We are only human and make mistakes, we did the best to sort the situation but deserve to be treated with atleast a little respect.
