I bought Fluffy Friend for my rescue dog and he loves his bed. It came very well packaged and is the perfect size for my Rotweiller cross. It is luxurious and the first place my dog goes to after a brisk morning walk.

I originally purchased one of these dog beds in 2022 and unfortunately had a bad experience with it. Recently, Bob reached out to me personally to make things right and offered to send me a brand-new bed at no cost.
The replacement bed is great and is a huge improvement from the one I originally received. It feels much better made, is comfortable, and my dogs really enjoy it. I truly appreciate a company that stands behind its products and takes customer concerns seriously. Bob was kind, helpful, and genuinely wanted to fix the situation. Excellent customer service can make a huge difference, and I’m very grateful he took the time to reach out and make things right!!

I purchased a bed for one of our pups (Boomer) several months ago when he was scheduled for CCL surgery. Boomer used all the time before, during and after his surgery. His brother (Zeus) would wait till Boomer got up and take his turn using the bed. We finally decided to purchase Zeus his own bed. Zeus loves it as much as he loves Boomer’s bed, lol 😂. Win, win for both the boys ❤️🐾❤️🐾

Bought a cooling mat for my dog which I’m really pleased with. It does actually feel cool to touch. I particularly like that it’s soft to touch so I dog was happy to lie on it.

Bed arrived ahead of time in perfect condition. If I was a dog I’d be really happy with my new bed. It is super soft and comfortable. Our dog is 9 years old and has anxiety during thunderstorms and fireworks. Unfortunately she’s also stubborn. A shitzu lass appo. I’ve put her in it a few times but she wants no part of it.

Wow what can I say! Lily Pearl my soon to be six year old Havanese loves her new beds. One for the LR and another for the car.
The customer service is second to none! One of the two first received had a serious flaw in the seam. They responded quickly and Lily and I are now happy campers. Would recommend highly to any fur parent. Worth every penny

This is a complete fraud.. website images show a large bed (large dogs) and that is is orthopedic...its not!. The fill is only 30% full in volume and cheap pieces of cut up foam. I ordered XL.. 179.00 it is the size of a medium. After reading bad reviews..looks like impossible to return.. going to throw it outside for my stray cats... Don't buy this crap.. giant rip off!

It’s small in size. I ordered an XL but the sizing seems to run small. I got the orthopaedic couch bed….cost almost $300 for the XL size and it’s so not worth it. Don’t buy it. It’s not cushy at all. It’s flat compared to what the advertised pictures look like. It looks nothing like it. So not worth the money at all. Quality is crappy as well. I just contacted them to get a refund. I’ll update about that once I go through the process as I have seen reviews that to get a refund is a hassle Too bad though because I was really looking forward to this product.

Great bed!
First of, it arrived about 3 days early! My dog thought it was a chew toy at first. It took him almost 2 hours to lay on it. He love it. He will lay in his old, smaller bed every now and again, but he loves this bed.
