Really bad experience with MrFortune casino. I won 1.6€ from free spins and played with a 0.20€ bet to meet the wagering requirements. The customer service agent, Manuela, confirmed that for bonuses under 2€, the maximum bet is 0.20€, so I thought I was within the rules. However, my withdrawal request was cancelled, and my winnings were voided because, according to the casino, my bets exceeded 10% of the bonus amount. They didn’t specify which bets or bonus this refers to, even though I asked for clarification. It feels like they change the rules after the fact to avoid paying out winnings. I don’t recommend this casino – it feels like a scam.

The one main downfall of this platform is that it takes about 4.5 days to verify your account and all the support documents which they do not advise you of at the first stage of verification of account.
