Bought MS Office from them, was sent a software key and downloaded and used the software successfully for about 15 months. I then had a computer problem and had to reinstall Office but it was blocked and Microsoft told me the key had been pirated. Contacted MrHightech and no response - surprise!. Their trading address in Belfast is nothing more than a post box. Have now searched on line and found lots of people have been sold pirated keys from them.
I guess they buy legitimate software and then resell the keys multiple times until Microsoft catch on and block the keys.
Have reported them to Microsoft Fraud department and Trading standards - not that it'll do me much good. Should have reviewed them on Trustpilot before buying! I wouldn't be surprised if any positive reviews of them on this site are false.
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT . WOULD RECOMEND THEM.
my order no with them whrdjugix 27/8-2017
Unacceptable service. Requested a refund and have been waiting more than 3 months. With no help provided.
Tried to purchase Microsoft office using my Santander debit card - santander declined
So I used my Barclays debit card - Barclays declined it too
Then I got security calls from both banks - fraudulent payments had been taken from both accounts
My planned purchase was for £39.90 - but these fraudsters have tried to take £42.52, and £43.68 out of my accounts.
Nice try - luckily Santander and Barclays blocked you and you haven't got a penny off me!
Be very wary!!!
Do not use they supply PIRATED Microsoft keys and do not respond to emails or telphone calls.
Avoid at all costs. They will waste you time and take you money. They website is still up and running and operating out of Belfast, NI.
this is a fraudulent company. I almost got completely conned but only for a few hours & contacted my bank over it. this company was dissolved in 2015 and all transactions since then go to scammers in China who do NOT provide the keys etc.
BE WARNED if you haven't bought do NOT buy & if you have and came here quickly check your bank account as the £7.90 I authorised turned in £8.05.... at no point was I told of any additional fees during payment section. I expect the police to be in touch with me at some point & Mr High Tech if you read this, refunding me does not stop it from being a crime....
The company has been closed because of saleing fake liceance to so many users, the company banned in the UK, here is the details from the goverment, please do not turst or buy anything from them.

Despite some poor experiences reported by others, the price was compelling on Windows 10 Pro. I am pleased to say the experience has been tremendous. E-mail confirmation the next day inviting me to proceed and making it clear there was no physical delivery of a disk or anything. E-mail the day after with link to the Licence Key. The software download link was to Microsoft's official download site, so nothing dodgy and the key worked first time without issue. The key was for an OEM version of the software so it can't be moved between computers but that's fine for me.
I purchased Microsoft Office and got the code one day after enquiring. Good, fast service therefore I would be happy to use them again.
Bought on Christmas day (2017) Microsoft Windows Professional - got the keys on Boxing day. I also got worried after i ordered because of the reviews below and because my credit card wouldn't process the payment so obviously thought it dodgy.
Ignore the noise though - all seems to work fine.
Purchased Microsoft for Mac. Site did not advise that it was an electronic version.
I was only told after enquiring about delivery.
Requested a refund and was told it will take 20 days.
