Mr. Jeff truly saved my business. After my account was suspended due to a Section 3 violation, I was getting nowhere with Amazon's support. But Mr. Jeff was there for me every step of the way, guiding me through the process and handling everything with expertise. Thanks to their dedication, my account was successfully reinstated!

It is bad to contact with such the most bad team and not professional,
Really I will tell all my friends not to treat with them.
I sent my shoes to be cleaned from 4-7-2024 and till now I didn’t receive it and it has been fitted .

There’s 3 clothing items missing and some of my clothes came back with stains(stains that were not there when I took the clothes in and they not taking accountability

A frequent client who has always been very happy with their services. Even recommended and introduced friends and family, but I was disappointed this time when my laundry got mixed up with another client. Consulted the receptionist and was told that they had enquired about certain items. was given some clumsy reason. by the way, she was very annoyed with me.

Got home, unpacked, and noticed 2 different slips, took pictures, and filed a complaint.

The person/s I normally deal with are very friendly but on this Sunday, there was no friendly face.

The correct washing was returned and most of the garments creased which was disappointing.

We are indeed of this kind of service but not sure if I will make use of them soon.

I was charge, but never to receive the service, try contacting customer support and no respond, I call the Mr Jeff store close to me and was told they no longer work with Mr Jeff anymore, this whole thing seems like scam no communication, this company deserve 0 star.

I tried to order laundry service in Vietnam. My laundry was never picked up but Mr Jeff billed my credit card anyway. Contacted the store via text and radio silence - not even sure it's even open for business.

Mr Jeff support is nonexistent. If the local business you book decides to ignore you, you're out of luck.

I've contacted them 4-5 times via email, the app, and Linkedin - absolutely no response.

Stay away unless you want to donate to a poorly run tech company!

The charge for laundry was also 3x what it would have cost just going to a local laundromat. Definitely never using this app again.

its very hard to find a combination of good service , competitive price & quality of iron or washing that delivers to you door step , this is brilliant !

My life is easier now! I don't spend valuable time on things that I truly hate, good service!!

Jeff is an impressive startup with amazing drive and motivation to grow as a company and to parallelly assist the growth of its employees. With our headquarters being in beautiful Valencia, Spain, most overseas employees are fully remote. Despite being fully remote, the amount of inclusivity, support culture, and teamwork are truly amazing. I love the staff, the work I do, and highly recommend Jeff to any motivated individual looking for a position with a company that can help them grow in their career.

Mr Jeff is a convenient home laundry delivery service. I love the mobile application, and how easy it is to use!

Mr Jeff Cape Town Parklands rewound my white duvet; I took it to them white and returned it cream white, torn and moulded, and rusted. I spent a lot of money on this and am very dissatisfied with the service; I can't use it again because it smells bad odor.

be careful it's fraud the project does not work. no support after store opening. there are no online orders or subscriptions. and in addition they ask you to pay monthly 250 $ American

Scam company, you will pay only fees and Jeff dont support you, business model does not works. This is no real business, fraud only. I have one (!!!) order from app per year and they wants 330$ fee per month!

When Mr Jeff opened in Beverly hills I used them continuesly as the service was 5 star .then staff changes were made and downhill it went. Trousers and shirts not ironed properly clothes missing. Service with an attitude is what it became. There are at least 15 laundry services in Beverly hills who offer great service at reasonable prices without attitude problems. I definitely would not use Mr Jeff again.

I tried the MrJeff service around Europe (Spain, Romania, Portugal) and I'm very happy with the quality they are offering.

I had a great experience using Mr. Jeff. Clothes were clean and neat. I highly recommend. Actually I have referred them to friends who continue to use the services!!!

attention for investors it is fraud and scam. they sell you lies 90% of investors have gone bankrupt
search a little on Google, YouTube and Facebook "Mr jeff fraud" to know the truth

In Valencia it works well, good service and it makes easier my life!
