Amazing and cheap!
Love using Mr Jet as i get cashback and they offer the best rates for flights and hotels. Totally recommend them for any one needing to fly or books hotels.

I have used MrJet's website many times and am generally very pleased with the website and service. The search function is good and the prices are competitive. This time we booked a hotel through the website for the first time as well.

Simple, fast and relativly cheap
The site provide quite good services at relativly afordable prices and almost always manages to find the best ticket. It would have been even better if PayPal was accepted, since many people are not willing to provide their credi crad number.

Never ever again.
I thought I am buying a flight ticket with 23kg baggage allowance but after booking I got a notification that only hand luggage is allowed for me. I tried to buy baggage allowance but the given booking reference was not valid. My booking reference was "NOSYNC". Then I started to think that this MR Jet is a scam but I called a friend and she said, they are one of the largest online booking site in Sweden. Then I tried to contact Mr Jet but I could not get to reach customer support for three days now. Today I saw that my booking reference changed on Mr Jest's website but it does not work either. My new booking reference is not registered in British Airways system so I cannot buy baggage allowance.
Since it is risky to book again from British Airways' same flight, probably I will book a new flight from another company.

Cancellation difficult. have to call. Prices are not always competative
Have to ring to cancel. It takes time and there is a opening time. Should be possible to cancel online.
Sometimes I find the same car in another website cheaper!

It is due to security reasons that our customers need to contact us over the phone, to cancel a reservation. You need to reply some security questions before you can cancel your booking.
If our local office is closed, we have an emergency number so we can be reached 24 hours a day.
