Very responsive customer service
Due to prior bad experiences with another patch-producer, I had a lot of questions. The teams from Mr.Patch answered all of them in a very timely manner.
The only criticism I have, is that there was a bit of back and forth about the delivery date.
Prices are far better compared to other European producers.

Good finish, but they got it wrong
The product and finish are incredible, as is the customer service and attention. However, I placed an order for 150 units and they made 20 mm larger than what I paid for, so now I cannot use them.
