I wish I had read more reviews. I ordered a bob wig with bangs and they sent me garbage. The hair looked like it came from a cheap dollar store Halloween costume. Plus they will make you pay for the return fees and even after that, they will only offer you a partial return. The hair on their website is not the hair that they sell. I really loved this wig❤️ It’s so cute and I got so many compliments. The HD lace blended with my skin very well. The hair is very thick and shiny, there are no kind of chemical smells or anything. My install was flawless and I definitely will be ordering from this company again.
The hair quality is great and the customer service is top notch. And that is the reason for a 3. However, the construction of the wig is terrible. As soon as I got the wig there was so much shedding. After about a week it lost so much hair I had to sew in a track because it was balding. Also I bought a 250%density wig and they gave me a 150 though it was labeled 250. Unfortunately their customer service isn't enough to have me again as a customer.
