The process was amazing from start to finish i absolutely love this l shaped sofabed amazing quality and the delivery men were amazing my only criticism is I thought id ordered a different material as this is like a velvet and I didnt really want that but its grown on me and I really like it and its very comfy will definitely recommend you and will 100% buy from you again

We have owner our sofa for over 2years now and i couldn't be happier.
We visited the showroom and the sales assistant was so helpful, helping us choose the right pet friendly fabric and sofa configuration to suit our space.
The sofa has worn exceptionally well and is very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

1-7 days for delivery, we were advised. The listing said estimated was the next day. Terms and conditions said it can be gotten to us quicker if urgent. We stated in live chat twice how urgent this was and they didn’t care. We had no communication whatsoever and sofa arrived 10 days after ordering. Not the promised 1-7. No communication made it 10x worse. I’m disabled and myself and fiancee was sleeping on a sofa until the day of delivery. Painful and awkward. The day of delivery, we had to turn the entire front room upside down to get the sofa in, as, we wouldn’t have anywhere to sleep if we had gotten rid of the old one beforehand. The delivery drivers were amazing. Absolutely lovely. They brought the sofa in and fit it where they were able. Can’t fault them at all. We had to assemble the sofa which was tricky, but we managed it. Lovely sofa too. Only issues were the delivery, communication, lack of empathy and also the bed part of the sofa that pulls out is slightly higher than the sitting part, which is also part of the bed, so unless we sleep the other end, you’re on an angle which is painful. The bed part that pulls out is also a lot firmer than the sitting part unfortunately, so not as comfortable as we thought from other reviews, but it’s lovely nonetheless. We’re hoping to break it in, hopefully it’ll become more comfortable and the pull out bed part will lower and become softer with time.

It was worth the wait, the sofa is very beautiful and comfortable. The color we chose is even nicer in real life than it appears on the website. The delivery team were very kind and helpful—they assembled it, and it fits perfectly. Thank you!☺️

Very good quality.

The furniture is of good quality and sturdy. We bought a corner sofa that was available in the shop at a very reasonable price. Delivery was arranged within a week, and the guys who assembled the sofa were very polite and professional, perfectly punctual. Very pleased with the product and quality of service, would defo use them again once needed the renewal.

The sofa colour was different to what was advertised on the sample sent in the post and so was the pattern/texture.
I addressed this on the same day it was delivered and after many emails back and forth they eventually stopped replying.

Very happy with the sofa from MSofas. The quality is excellent and it looks even better in person. It feels sturdy, comfortable, and well made. The whole experience from ordering to delivery was smooth. I would definitely recommend MSofas!
