Please DO NOT order anything from this company. It was an horrible experience from beginning to end. I ordered two dining room chairs from this company. When I received the chairs they were too tall for my dining room table. An hour after them being delivered I requested a return. My first red flag should've been there being no phone number on the site and only an email contact. The email they give on their site for returns came back undeliverable. Being that I had to email to find out when my merchandise would ship a few times, I emailed that address to inquire about a return. I emailed for two weeks, 3 different times, no response. I finally get a response from Patricia who tells me she apologizes for the delay but they ONLY accept returns on damaged merchandise. What???? Definitely not what the return policy on their website says or I wouldn't have ordered from them at all. So long story short, I'm stuck with over $500 dollars in chairs that I can't use from a company that does not stand behind their merchandise or honor their own return policy. I would think instead of losing a customer they would at least offer to exchange the chairs for chairs I can actually use. Very poor customer service! I wrote this review to prevent others from losing their money with this company also. With these business tactics I'm sure they won't be in business long. Me losing $500 dollars to prevent others from buying anything from this company is worth it. Please note they go under M2 Furniture or Msquare. Don't be fooled!
