Waste of time

I'm not sure why they tell people to contact them for help. They don't help with anything. They are literally wasting their own time and other people's time not doing anything to actually help people. I explained to the lawyer I spoke with that it was a guarentee that I would lose my case if I didn't get direct representation. The lawyer proceeded to brag about being the one to get a grant for mtlsa but yet give me the complete wrong advice pertaining to my situational details. It was a bizarre time wasting experience and yes I did lose my case so they doubly did not help. They need stop telling people they help people with their legal issues when they in fact do not help anyone.
