AVOID THIS SHOP!

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Still hasn’t arrived. Emailed twice, no reply. Called up, said they would call me back, never did. Really dodgy. Do not recommend. Avoid!

Very pleased with these guys

Very pleased with these guys. Bought a Black & Decker strimmer from them (via Amazon) and it failed under warranty.
They arranged collection repair and return (by courier) within a week and communication by phone and email was excellent.

I would use them again.

The part required was for a fairly rare…

The part required was for a fairly rare model. The part was found in the manual and a phone call to Miles tool centre quickly established that a replacement was in store, and would be despatched. Less than 24 hours later I was fitting it to my machine. That is real service.
From now on my first choice for any garden machinery
or parts

Didn’t honestly expect to find the part…

Didn’t honestly expect to find the part I needed, but then I found the Miles Tool & Machinery site! An easy to use website with great drawings of all the parts available to order which makes selecting the right one very simple.

Great communication throughout the whole process with friendly and concise responses.

Quality service and reasonable prices

A part of my Metabo bench saw broke after 7 years service
I contacted Miles and they gave me the price and availability of a replacement
The item was sourced in Germany and delivered to me in less than 7 days
That’s super service

Dreadful. Never again.

First time using. Last time using.
No item. No contact, even after requests for updates. PayPal eventually refunded, so good thing I used them or would have been out of pocket. Appalling service. Will stick to vendors who aren't pretenders.

Superb service

I needed a part for a Bosch power jet. I phoned at 16.00 and spoke to a very helpful person who identified what I needed. It arrived by 11.00 the next day. Can’t beat that for service!

Excellent web site very easy to navigate.
The telephone response was positive and helpful. Not all the parts I needed were available but were sourced and supplied in one week. This was very good service.
On the basis of my experience I would highly recommend this company.

Very poor service, Avoid if you can.

Very poor service. the item ordered arrived some time after order was placed and paid for, and i can live with that. When the parts arrived they were incorrect as per the described specification and despite a call and a follow up email this company have not been able to communicate a response. Not what i would have expected from a UK seller of Bosch parts. It is easier to get them from abroad, correctly, from Ebay than from this company. If they took the trouble to correct the error the review could have been so much more positive. Avoid if you can.

Absolutely outstanding service

Absolutely outstanding service.

Ordered on Thursday afternoon. Order delivered on Friday. Had a slight issue with product but questions answered quickly and spare part sent out immediately. Very impressed.

was excited to find a UK company…

was excited to find a UK company selling US empire tools. orderd 3 tools and paid. Next day refunded
me on two tools because they never had. Sent 3rd tool
no problem.However went on their site and I could
order everything again as they had not bothered to take down or item out of stock notice. Bit of drop shipping going on ?
Certainly making out they have goods that they dont!
Complete and utter waste of my time.

Incredible service and what a nice…

Incredible service and what a nice company to deal with.
My enquiry was dealt with by Sarah in sales who was so nice and extremely helpful.
I ordered my goods on Friday afternoon and received them Saturday morning.
Very pleased and will definitely use this company again.

MILES show Bosch the way

The left hand control bar bracket on my Bosch Rotak Li 37 snapped. I contacted Bosch who told me that the part number required is obsolete and they could not help but they gave me the name and number of some Bosch retailers who may just have the part I required. I telephoned two and got the same response, No Joy !.
I called MILES and they told me that there is a workaround but that the part number is different. The part number required is a sub assembly which contains the part I required. I ordered the part on Friday pm and it arrived on Saturday early am so the mower was back in service after only two and a half days. The part number required is F016103601 which contains the part I required which is identical to the equivalent part in assembly number F016103913 which is available. So if you have a Bosch Rotak Li and the left hand control bar bracket breaks, talk to MILES and order the part mentioned above, 913 .
I could not have had better service Well done Karen and the MILES team

Brilliant service,ordered a very urgently needed part for a Dewalt router. Orders it at 13.40hrs and recieved the next morning. Also website leads you to all electrical and mechanical parts,can't thank them enough.great service thank you .

Brilliant staff

My husband has communication problems, but phoned with a query on a replacement part for his saw anyway. Daniel in the service department dealt with him compassionately and with patience. He went well above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in customer care. Can't thank him enough, and he sorted out and ordered the relevant spare part. Well done MTMC you should be very proud of your staff.
