Shocking customer service
After several emails and telephone conversation to request a certificate for a fire proof camo net purchased nothing ever materialised even though told it would be with me or someone would call, shocking service.

The team at Muddy Faces always go over and above for their customers and they are our ‘go to’ for our forest school resources. Liz was incredibly helpful when we’ve needed advice on handwashing systems. They are always quick to respond and open to feedback and suggestions; developing and adapting products all the time. The outdoor hub is fantastic as a learning resource for our team too. Thank you for all the hard work behind the scenes Muddy Faces!

fire and risk training with keyworkers
the trainer who came out spent the whole afternoon with us and made sure all the staff had experience with fires and helped our confidence hugely working outdoors with the children especially where risk is involved for example with fire.

If you are a teacher or child care professional or a parent, Muddy Faces has excellent products focused on the outdoors emphasising both play and practical skills.
I wanted to buy Muddy Faces Char cloth for some outdoor fire-lighting. However, I had some problems filling in their form and completing the purchase. I contacted them to complain and they were very gracious and sorted the problem very quickly. The product is very good and I am very happy dealing with them.
