Scam

I give them one star because it can't be less. We paid 1500 euros for several pieces of furniture in November, 2020 and still waiting and exchange for a broken marble table.
They even lost a part of our order but thank God we could get our money back on time.
All the emails I got were positive answers until they got silent.

Fraud

No one is replying to any emails and no refund available! Fraud company. This never happened to me. Never again. Is a shame because companies like this impact the reputation of anyone trying to start a legit business online.

Informations about the CEO and liquidation

A former employee of the company told me that the CEO liquidated the company and disapeared, leaving all employees (40 people in the street), suppliers and clients without paying or delivering anyone. His name is David Caballero Exposito (you can find him online).
If a class action against him is ongoing, I would like to join you.

Also paid by TransferWise on behalf of a client - so probably not protected and also shocking for my client - I have joined the group notesdan and am going to police today with the file

bankruptcy for Marieta.. run away

Don't order any furniture there we just got an email saying this :

Dear M./a
We are writing as a client of MUEBLES MARIETA to inform you that the company is going through serious financial difficulties for which it cannot fulfill its obligations on time. Thus, in accordance with the law, the Company is obliged to file for bankruptcy before the competent court.
During successive communications, you will be informed of the status of your purchase or of your payments, as the case may be.
We ask you to wait for news, as MUEBLES MARIETA does not currently have the means or the staff to deal with complaints.

So now I have lost more than 700 euros , no dining table and no one to refund or even answer me.
Such a shame..

Terrible

Terrible! I've been waiting for over 2 months for my sofa that was supposed to arrive in no more than 30 days and yesterday was the ultimately deadline, according to them. Turns out...no sofa yet! I've purchased the delivery at my door (no bringing up to the appartment) because I needed the sofa as soon as possible, and now, I didn't have it when I most needed it and still I have to bring it up and put it together myself. I feel deceived and that I waisted my time with this company!

I'm waiting for my table for over 2…

I'm waiting for my table for over 2 months now. The costumer service is the baddest I've ever had contact with. They wanted to give me a discount of 35€ and they had to ask their boss for this?? I'm also waiting for the discount for almost 3 weeks now. So aweful! Never ever ever again!!!

Excellent customer service

I ordered chairs from Muebles Marieta-- two of which unfortunately were damaged. After contacting customer service, the chairs were picked up within a few days. Once the chairs were back in stock, new chairs were delivered to my home. I am very happy with the friendly and helpful customer service that I received.

The product is pretty nice and it was…

The product is pretty nice and it was as expected. Very good value for money.
The delivery expectations could be better managed. In my case it take few days more, but once it was sent, the delivery was pretty fast. My recommendation is to manage expectations about delivery if there is any expected delay in a proactive way. I contacted and they replied me very quick.

BE CAREFUL !!!!

BE CAREFUL ! I have placed my order in January and I am still waiting for it it be send out, normally they claim that order is going to be shipped and delivered in 15 days ! After 1.5 month they are still responding that it’s going to be send in next week but it’s never happening ! Customer service is not at all helpful! They take money and never send your products! Do not order from them, you will just lose your nerves!

"Looney Grey" - Customer service does not react

Ordered six chairs "Looney Grey" - unfortunately one worse than the next.
Wrote an email requesting return label and I was told that the chairs would be picked up. That was more than month ago!! The contact person seems not to have a big interest as I do not receive any emails regarding the planned pick-up. Very bad costomer service.
