Good afternoon April. Are you our client? We would like to know why you give us only 3 stars, if you have indicated that in our store we give correct information about the products. Furthermore, we are always willing to speak by phone or WhatsApp to resolve any queries. We do what is in our hands to treat the customer in the best way possible. If we qualify with 3 stars for no real reason, lower our ranking. Please reconsider.

Disappointing Experience with Muebline: Poor Service and Product Quality

I can't help but express my bitter disappointment towards Muebline. When I ordered the bed, I had the impression that I was dealing with a Spanish company, but it turned out to be a Polish one, which disappointed me with its incompetent service and product quality.

The first problem arose with the delivery – the bed was only delivered 6 months after the order, far exceeding the promised deadlines. But that was just the beginning of my problems. Less than a year after the purchase, the bed reached its climax – the board simply fell off.

Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful. Neither by email, nor by phone, not even through WhatsApp do they respond. All my calls were ignored, messages on WhatsApp are simply ignored.

I regret trusting this company. I have never encountered such a level of irresponsibility and incompetence in customer service. I do not regret my purchase, but I strongly wish to share this negative experience to warn everyone who is interested in their furniture.
