Very shoddy workmanship
I sent a flute for refurbishment to this business. I thought I was never going to have the instrument returned and when it was eventually sent back the result was very poor. Some pads didn't seal right, in fact the pads were not suitable at all for the flute. The workmanship was very shoddy.
By the way, I later learned the owner was a convicted sex offender having spent time in jail for possession of the worst kind of child pornography available.
Avoid at all costs.
