Great Customer Service
Ordered 10kg of DE in a bucket. The price was the same as elsewhere, minus the bucket, so a bargain in my eyes. After a week nothing had arrived, so I contacted them by email . I received a reply saying another order would be sent out straight away using DPD next day delivery. The next day it arrived. Can't fault the customer service at all.

Ordered some DE, 1kg to be exact, was delivered by Evri and when it arrived looking like the box had been used as a football and product pretty much fell out of the box in a cloud of dust - the majority of the product had leaked out in transit so was lucky to have received 300gm of DE, emailed them immediately, this was 3 weeks ago now and still awaiting a response (doubt i'll get one) , seems they just dont care once they have your money, i'd

My experience with Multi-mite was a positive one. Their customer service was great and I would use them again.

From what I have just read on another review site Multi mite does not exist anymore according to company house. But they are quite happy to take your money. I am still waiting for my order of Plaque out. They have not given me a tracking number so I have no idea where my order is and there has been no response to the email I sent them asking where the order is. So what I wrote at the beginning of this review must be true.
Paid and no product and ignored by the seller
Their courier mis-delivered the product to a wrong and unknown house which was evidenced by the photo showing a different door than ours. We have since tried contacting Multi-mite via their website form, by email, and their landline. Relevant info about the situation has been sent to Multi-Mite twice in writing. Regrettably, Multi-Mite neither provided any response nor picked up their phone. This is a very poor trading and customer service practice. This will need to be escalated to credit card if Multi-Mite continuously ignore their failed fulfillment of their sale due to the reported issue of their courier.

Bought the companies product via Amazon which arrived speedily.
Had a question on using the product which was not detailed in the literature they supplied with the product.
Went onto their website where they state not to phone but contact them via email. Tried their contact page and left a message, No response. Then emailed them direct, No response.
It would appear that customer service is not part of this companies remit. Last time I will order from them, I believe in dealing with companies that look after customers.

I cannot believe that the reviews on here are the same company that I deal with. I think that Multi-Mite are an excellent company. They are much cheaper than the well known high street shop. In my experience my free delivery orders always arrives within a couple of days and recently when I had a problem with my order they responded to my email straight away and rectified the problem. Very genuine company
Last week I ordered cold pressed seaweed from Multi-mite, they posted it with Evri, it arrived a our delivery depot, but for some reason put it on hold, then delayed, after putting in a complaint to Evri, it said returned to sender.
I passed this information onto Multi-mite, who immediately sent out another parcel with DPD which was delivered today.
Excellent service from Multi-mite, so 5stars from me.

I cannot recommend multi-mite at all. I placed an order and received a confirmation email...that was it...no despatch update...nothing. I emailed them chasing up the order and unlike some other reviews I actually received a reply advising me that my order was on its way and would be delivered that day (not the best news as I was not at home that day as I had been unable to plan due to no updates from Multi Mite). But I need not have worried as it was not delivered. I tried telephoning Multi Mite but on the 12th attempt of no one answering I gave up. I emailed again and received a response advising me that it had been despatched but maybe the pre planned but cancelled royal mail one day postal strike had affected it (fair point) and that the parcel tracking number was not working for an unknown reason. The order eventually arrived 3 days later. I have contacted Multi Mite but now they don't reply. I will not order from them again

You can’t track order, no responses to emails , chat messages and they don’t pick up calls at all. How can you buy from a supplier who doesn’t communicate? No communication coupled with poor service = stay away

I have used multi-mite products before purchasing them from Amazon and was always happy with their quality and delivery. This time I ordered from their website for my family in mainland Europe since multi-mite offer tracked deliveries to EU. It was a rather large order to justify the delivery cost of around £28. Since then I received two emails: one, automated to say order was received, and second, a day later, saying order complete. This was over a month ago. Since then there was no tracking information provided, no replies to my emails and messages through their website, no picking up the phone for the numerous calls from me. This is very disappointing as I was a happy client before.
