Right now all multiplay servers in NL started having superbad connection. ONLY multiplay-servers.. Why? cant join others here, there are definetly some problems. Servers not playable :(

Server was not set up after I paid and …
Server was not set up after I paid and checked out. Web site promised immediate availability. An automated email said it would be done later. (copy below). I waited for a week and nothing happened. Cancelled credit card payment but they are now chasing for payment for something that they never delivered. Their copyright notice on their email is still saying copyright 2014 so I'm not confident they are are keeping their service up to date.
"Unfortunately we were unable to setup your server automatically due to recent high demand for our high quality servers, and our unquestioning quest for lag free servers will not allow us to put you on an overloaded machine.
Fear not, our engineers have been notified of your pending order and will be provisioning additional capacity as soon as possible to fulfil your order.
Once additional capacity has been installed, you will recieve the details of your server.
Note: That only once your server has been setup will your rental period start so you're not losing any days from your order.

They really look after me.
This company has very competitive prices. Even though the prices are low the service is pretty good. As I am in a different time zone by 10 hours I sometimes have a wait for a ticket response but overall they are great to deal with. And the amount of questions I ask would test the patience of a saint but they really look after me.

The last straw for us was our server needed paid and we kept getting redirected to another unsecure site when we tried to use our cards. 24 hours and 2 support tickets later only to have them blame our cards and PC and to say we hadn't been talking to a technical support tech the entire time.

Had a problem with my first server …but
Had a problem with my first server being really laggy.
Emailed support and recieved a response extremely quickly, and who then switched our server to a new machine without any problems whatsoever.

Solid support, Maybe a addon button on the dashboard
Magnus was a pretty solid bloke helping me out and dealing with mine and a mates spam at the beginning, Only downside was that i never saw the addons section for Factorio until pointed out to me by him. User error more then likely but maybe something on the main Dashboard that can take you straight to the addon section instead of being tucked away in the "Edit Profile" section. But like i said most likely me not looking hard/long enough for it. Thanks again Magnus

Meh customer service
Server works well, small issue with map generation(server wont regenerate a new random map). When contacted their customer service rep gave a response that made it seem as if they didn't read the question. Finally got an answer after a nasty response.

I doubt i’ll ever be playing MC again but if i do i probably wont buy one of your servers! Also, for christs sake, add an option for help when given an error because no, i don’t bloody understand!
