Don't believe this company is currently trading, and website needs to be taken offline.
I placed an order on 29th June and had money taken from my account, but no goods have been received.
No response to email contact or message through their Facebook page.
Eventually had to contact my bank to get money back.
The last activity on their Facebook page was in 2024.

Not Trustworthy At All📌

I have ordered on 29th July 2025, I haven’t received my order yet. I filled their online form, email and they WhatsApp number nu respond. Very very bad customer service. Avoid their shop.

Do not order. I ordered on the 30th June and still haven’t received my product. I emailed, messaged, and filled in the contact me page on their site and nothing back. I have filed a complaint with my bank.

I ordered my items on Nov 21st paid £4.50 for a 4-5 day delivery. I am still waiting for my items. I have tried to contact them several times via WhatsApp and their online form but have not had a response. I will also be contacting my bank for a refund as I do not know if all this is a scam.

Haven’t received my order and cannot get any response from them. Really disappointing. I will contact my bank for a refund!

The smell is amazing relaxing no nasties pure sleep and no more restless nights

I was skeptical about ordering from this brand as I had seen comments on Instagram from people saying they didn't receive their order. I purchased a bundle that cost about 32.50 on the 17th of June, I received a message that it had been shipped out on the 19th, didn't receive it until the 3rd of July and I sent a mail to complain. Laura responded that she was going to send another out immediately which somehow, was miraculously delivered on the 5th of July (I am certain my initial order wasn't sent out cos how else do you explain this express delivery 🤔). Like I mentioned earlier, I paid for a bundle I.e 2 items, this express delivery contained just 1 item. I sent a mail immediately to notify them since the 5th and never got a response till date. Beware of buying from them!

Response:
I ordered on the 17th of June, you claim delivery takes 3-5 working days, I waited patiently till the 3rd of July before complaining about non-delivery. Your replacement that was shipped out with next day delivery should I have contained the 2 items I paid for; shouldn't I get value for what I paid for?
You didn't ship twice to me in 2 weeks. You sent only the oil after I complained on the 3rd, it was dropped inside my mailbox on the 5th which is contrary to what you said about items not delivered when people are not in to receive them.
Also, there was no notification or evidence at all for the attempted delivery.
Please provide next day delivery option for your customers on the website if it will stop this back and forth.
Lastly, you have my email address don't refer me to send you another mail especially when the last one I sent was ignored. P.S: you still owe me a spray!

Absolutely rubbish! The order was placed and heard nothing from it even past 10 working days! I only got my order through once I threatened to make a charge back to get my money back. Rubbish company as I paid nearly £5 for delivery and they couldn't even deliver in a timely manner. As for the product, standard gimmick as usual and judging by their response, they seem to blame the customer for it not working by saying "maybe you're not applying it correctly". Utter rubbish, product doesn't work and customer service is awful.

EDIT: They just replied and LIED to say it delivered on time... I'd have respected the company more of they had been honest and said sorry! Also funny how they can reply on here and it took me 2 emails to ask for the whereabouts of my delivery and I didn't even get a reply!

absolutely awful! I ordered in 16th November and it’s 2nd July and I still haven’t received my order nor have I got a refund. The company aren’t responding my WhatsApp messages either. Horrendous

We use these products on our 2 year old daughter and have done since she was a few months old. They smell amazing and are an integral part of her bedtime routine, especially the Shhleepy Feet and the bedtime mist. I believe finding these products alongside implementing a good nap/bedtime routine have really helped our little one get the sleep she needs. Thank you Mummy Loves Organics!

Unfortunately my parcel didn’t arrive the first time round due to a breakdown of communication with Royal Mail. However, after emailing the team, the issue was very quickly and professionally resolved and I greatly appreciate how it was handled and their goodwill gesture.

Honest Review. I was VERY sceptical about this as my son has never really slept through the night and is now 17 months and also started having horrific night terrors every week. I've now been using this for over 2 weeks and I must admit it's amazing, since using it we have not had any terrors and in the last week my sons slept through the night not waking until between 6-7 am. Where as before we were up a couple times a night and our day started at 5am. Will definitely be getting more of this.

Doesn’t work, made zero difference to my little ones sleep. Smells okay so will continue to use it till it runs out. Won’t be buying any more. Very disappointed and tired.

Utter rubbish. Doesnt work. Look at the fake reviews left. No reviews from since Jan 2024, then suddenly loads have been left.
