Cold Chewy Parmo that was worst I've ever had. Spent £27 on it and a PLAIN chicken kebab that arrived covered in spices and sauce??? I'll Never using them again. 😒

Well I got my good an half hour ago with no sauce with the kebab can't eat it dry like that, rang up they sed they send it out, still waiting over half hour now my food is cold never again

I tried this service for the first time…
I tried this service for the first time last night. It was the worst of the 3 services I have tried during the pandemic. Not only did they charge me for an item that the restaurant was out of, and which the driver told me would be credited to my card, they did not honor the free first time delivery code that I used as was promoted by them! The order was late, the order was not correct as I had ordered it, and I was overcharged. Not a service I would recommend or ever use again. Very disappointed.

Lousy service
Lousy service. Not many healthy restaurant options.
Oh & do not work here either.
You are not treated like an Independent Contractor.
Applications are 3.1 rating.
The owner makes drivers pay for the marketing he's too lazy to do.
Just call the restaurants and go pick it up folks.
Save $ and you know that people are not eating your food or touching it.

Food is good but the delivery drivers…
Food is good but the delivery drivers have the worst attitude. I used to buy via uber eats but they went off it so ordered via their website as a loyal customer and since then the drivers have been whiney, complaining about parking (even though uber eats / just eat drivers have had no issues to come to the same address a million times). This will be the last time I order their food, not based on food quality but on their poor, unprofessional customer service!

South Corvallis
I live in south corvallis and multiple times it has taken several hours to receive my food. Drivers accept the order and once they see the address they opt to deliver other orders first. The ETA continues to change... this has happened twice and I will not be making the mistake of using this service again.
