Absolutely terrible, this company is a scam. I ordered a dress over a month ago, tracking link has never worked, reached out to them over 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear back. DO NOT waste your money here. I should have read all the terrible reviews before ordering. Don’t make the same mistake as me and throw away your money

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Took 3 weeks for delivery and the staff continually lied about if the package had been sent or not. When the item was finally delivered it was the wrong size so I returned it. It took almost 4 weeks for my refund to come through and that was only after I threatened the company with legal action (as I had sent numerous emails with no response received). Will never buy from this company ever again. Horrible customer service.

I ordered $230 worth of dresses on 28th March, I received no tracking information so I emailed them 2 weeks later asking for an updated tracking link and they reply saying one wasn't in stock and the others haven't been shipped. They offered a refund for one but I asked for a refund for all considered my dresses will not arrive in time for my event due them not processing my order for 13 business days. No reply so far

have been a long time customer and currently have high amounts of store credit due to there changed quality and horrible designs. requested for a refund and have been rejected even though i have shopped with Mura for the past 7years. will not be purchasing again.

Wish I could give - stars. I ordered a dress that doesn’t fit, tired to email several times to see if I could get a refund or exchange and have not heard back. So don’t buy from here u less you’re 100% sure you’re ok with being stuck with something that you don’t like or maybe doesn’t fit and you’re not getting your money back either. Honestly not good enough for 2024 I don’t know how they are in business.

advertise garments as 'true to Australian standard size' but they are VERY VERY small an XS/S in most brands is a L in most items as they have no stretch at all.

They do not provide refunds, and offer store credits so you can 'hopefully find something in the future' but they are always sold out of sizes, and dont have much variety in styles.... no opportunity to use store credit.

this company is just money hungry/greedy. customer service just takes a copy and paste response from a script, very impersonal

Worst customer service. If people are actually being paid to monitor an inbox, fire them! The no refund only exchange is out of date too, get into 2023 where online companies provide a secure buying experience. Don’t waste your money, this boutique does not deserve it.

Order was put in August and to this day have not received (end of Oct 2023).

I have reached out to them email as well as messages online on instagram. No response. Guess I paid for a dress I’ll never get

Absolutely appalled by Mura Boutique customer service. Ordered a dress for a wedding received the dress and it was completely faulty not to mention you could 100% tell it had been worn prior and was another customers return item as there were stains covered all over the dress plus manufacturing faults. Immediately followed Mura Boutique’s policies and procedures in regards to returning a faulty item which states is offered a full refund or store credit. Considering I needed a dress for an upcoming wedding and being a loyal customer in the past owning many beautiful pieces from them I had opted for store credit instead of a refund. Once the dress had been returned tags still completely attached etc they disabled my gift card so I could NOT use it without even notifying me I had not notice until I went to use it to order another dress. Contacted customer service wondering what the hell has gone wrong for then to receive an email of them accusing me for wearing the dress and returning it hence why they had disabled the gift card and instead offered for me to waste my money yet again to pay a shipping fee to have the faulty dress that is completely un-wearable returned to me. So now I have wasted my money on something I was not at fault for and then to not be notified until I physically reached out or compensated for anything!! It’s borderline stealing a customers money with nothing in return for NO REASON other then their own fault for not cross checking their clothing before sending off. Completely heart broken over this

Had an inquiry. Emailed them multiple times, tried to reach them on social media, never responded. Was going to make a large purchase. Confirms this company is either fake or has no customer service.

I meant to write this review last month when my issue actually happened but life happens. I wanted to write a review to thank Martha and the entire customer service team for going above and beyond to fix a small shipping issue. Not only did they rectify the situation but Martha emailed and even called me personally and fixed the situation so quickly and kindly. We had a small mix up and I was upset, but she couldn't have been sweeter or more efficient with solving the issue. Not only that but when my dress arrived it was stunning, fit perfectly (true to size), and was well made. I've purchased a few things from their company before but now I'm a lifetime customer. I'll tag @muraboutique once I wear it out. THANK YOU AGAIN!

I always pack my closet full of merchandise come spring, their clothes are affordable, great quality, and beautiful.

My experiences with Mura has always been amazing. I recently purchased a beautiful set that I wore to a wedding and received so many compliments. The set looked exactly the same as it did as the pictures on their website and my outfit arrived within a few days of ordering.

I’ve been buying off Mura for the last two years, they’re an Australian brand so it’s shipped here to Ireland. Shipping is ALWAYS super fast, within a few days and I find the quality of the clothes really great. I’ve worn Mura all through my travels around the world and I never fail to received compliments for their uniqueness and style. Sizing wise I’m a Uk 6/8 and I always go with the size 6 on Mura as I feel the sizing is slightly more generous, so it’s helpful to go with the smaller size if you’re between sizes :)
