From start to finish the communication
From start to finish the communication, process and execution has been perfect. We had a broken piece on our murano chandelier from a maker who is no longer in business. I sent the broken piece, which was recreated in copy, and throughout the process the communication, process and management has been professional and fair. I do not know what I would have done without Fabbrica Lampadari. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again, should the occasion arise.

PERFECT replacement parts
We asked this company to make us some replacement parts for our light fitting, which involved tempered blown glass, and we were VERY PLEASED with how they fit which is absolutely perfect.
The timescale was a little longer than we'd hoped for, and we had to ask for updates rather than being told this, otherwise the review would be 5*.

I ordered four silky white leaves (2 low and two high) from FABBRICA LAMPADARI MURANO SLR for a 60 year old inherited murano chandelier to replace broken ones. Initially I only sent photos of the parts required. The hand blown delivered leaves were somewhat smaller than mine which was my fault as I did not forward samples. When I contacted signori Raffaello and Roberto they insisted that I return everything back, including a sample of each leave, at their expense and will redo them again. True to their word the second time I received beautiful workmanship same as the samples sent. I am now the proud owner of a complete fully leaved chandelier thanks to the professional service this Company has offered me. I must also say that Raffaello and Roberto have kept in contact with me through WhatsApp on the progress of the order. FABBRICA LAMPADARI MURANO is to be highly commended and recommended.

Fraud - Truffa
I ordered some broken pieces of a candlestick and payed in advance on the 20.12.22.
After a year of pretentious excuses, nothing was delivered .
It is a fraud.
NB Of course the owner write now that he refunded the amount. If yes please advise the document. He didn’t send the pieces and it’s the real fact . Attached the email flow where you can read the promises ..A liar as well ..
