Garbage management company
This management company is absolutely the worst company I've ever encountered over my many years of experience. They do not respond to emails, they do not answer phones, they do not address issues, and flat out lie if you do get them on the phone. It seems every time you call the person you're looking for is in "court" dealing with a legal issue ( which is saying a lot).
They have not taken responsibility for any request put forward by the multiple residence of the building. In addition to that everyone (total of 3-4 people) in the office is extremely rude and disrespectful. If you are considering working with this company you will most certainly regret hiring them, they are fraudulent, unprofessional and downright dirty for lack of better words. - When they were hired they've promise the world in terms of improvements and how they can benefit our building, from the moment they were paid and a contract was signed our building has deteriorated significantly. Many people have moved out and many others are extremely unhappy. This was the most unfortunate decision made, in terms of hiring Murray Hill management company for the building.
