Hi,
Very sorry if importation costs were unexpected. As the UK are no longer in the EU, when you import any products from outside the UK you are liable for VAT/TAX and sometimes duty. Pre-Brexit we would have charged you 23% Irish VAT, instead you are paying 20% UK VAT plus sometimes a small handling fee (normally around £10-15) for the shipper as they have completed all of the customs paperwork for you.
We try to make the process as clear as possible, on the shipping page we display a highlighted message outlining fees and a tick box that must be ticked in order to proceed with the order.
You would not have been able to proceed with this order without ticking this box, many apologies if this was skipped over.

The strut brace I received for the Ford felt ripped of
The strut brace I received for the Ford Escort MK6 was not designed correctly. I had to cut it to size and drill holes for the strut studs, yet it remained too tall. Additionally, it arrived with significant scratches. This entire ordeal was a waste of £33 and is completely unacceptable
