Declined all my rental applications due to cancelling and returning an "unopened" product to the store. It is evident that someone within the company is bitter. I am lawfully aloud to return any unopened items to a store. I am able to afford all of my rentals and have been renting for years without a problem.
This company has been good up until now. Deemed UNTRUSTWORTHY for being unprofessional and "personal" about the situation.

I leased then bought-out a preloved instrument through Musicorp Australia. The paperwork/lease agreement is all done under the name 'The Polygon Group'. I found the base pricing to be fair, the business margin seems to be in the lease premium. The instrument I ordered online was used and the product that arrived matched the description and photos exactly. Since a lease model is a credit agreement, there is a credit check process. These are never fun, but Musicorp/Polygon provided multiple options to perform the credit check and I chose one that was acceptable for me and things proceeded smoothly. The interstate shipping was quick and the large instrument arrived without a scratch. I can't enter the June 2022 experience date into Trustpilot, but can report the instrument I leased then purchase is still going strong and has brought much joy.
