I ordered 2 of their Easy Clean 360 gadgets which did finally arrive. To say that these products ware absolute rubbish would definitely be the understatement of the year. They are total junk and when I finally got around to trying one out it stopped rotating after about 1 1/2 minutes. What they don't tell you about their returns is that even though THEY have sold you complete rubbish you then have to pay their postage cost AS WELL AS the return postage cost. These people are immoral and have no business ethics. Screw the customer is obviously their 'credo' Well that might be so but there is a way to get Facebook to have them removed and I am in discussions with Martin Lewis who brought a class action against Facebook for allowing unscrupulous businesses to operate on their site. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. You have been warned

Goods arrived swiftly, well made and more than fit for purpose. Wardrobe spacesavers, excellent product, I would recommend this company.

I ordered hygiene hero's from this company. The product is an expensive waste of time. Too soft for scrubbing vegetables, dangerous and slippery for lifting hot things. Dangerous for putting hot pans on because of tipping over risk. Does not absorb and so therefore useless for wiping down surfaces. Will take hair off things but not as good as other products I have for this purpose.
When complaining I have to send the product back at further expense to myself to get what's left of my money back. Smugness in attitude from the staff
Of course they know that most people won't bother to send their stuff back because its a hassle and that way they get to keep the money. Sharp practice in my opinion.
Total bad feeling waste of time. Rubbish product.

Odered three Hygiene Heroes, silicone sponges. Absolutely useless product and only gets very small amount of foodstuff of plate, saucepans etc. after soaking in water. The small silicone fingers are so soft that with the smallest amount of pressure they just bend and it's like trying to get food off with a flat piece of plastic.... no chance....!! Two stars are for quick delivery and quick refund. However, as product doesn't perform as advertised, I emailed and requested a refund of delivery and return postage and got no reply. Will not use this company again.

I saw this company advertise on fb the product advertised seem'd like a good idea, after reading bout the company and products I went ahead and ordered, on their web page it states orders will be dispatched withen 3/5 days after waiting for a dispatch email for over 2 weeks hearing nothing I emailed them I did hear back an automated email saying we'll get back to you shortly, erm still waiting, if the goods arrive I will update this review
Update: arrived this morning, my dog seems to like them it seems they massage while removing stray hairs, xtra 2 stars because the product does what it says

It has been 2 months since my order and confirmation saying my goods are on the way. they have not been received and no one has replied to my email. Their website no longer works. Have they gone into administration? Very upset and disappointed!

Terrible service. 3 weeks and still no goods. Have now opened a case with PayPal. Responds to messages saying things like is everything ok with me, I need to speak nicely nicely and not shouty, be nice. Do not buy from this company!

Haven’t received my order (order placed nearly 2 months ago) and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. When emailing them to ask where the order was saying I was frustrated and starting to question whether it had been despatched as I had been told, I was told via email and I quote “Apologies and ask me nicely and you can have a refund. Otherwise you can swing for your refund.”if I could give no stars I would have

Since writing my review about my dissatisfaction with this company, they have been in contact to rectify the issues I had. I await the outcome of their investigations into the issues and hope that they will be resolved in order to score them higher.

I have purchased things from here more than 5 times. And every time I had a good experince. The delivery to Denmark is very fast, got my item whitin 4 days. The shipping costs are reasonable. I like that I can get brands that are a litte unusual in DK...I will buy from here again
