Order not received after a month and no replies from this company

Still waiting for an order placed 27th september, paid for express delivery (estimated 2nd Oct to 4th Oct) today is 25th October and nothing arrived, contacted 8 times with the company, only received one reply asking if I would like a refund if order was not dispatched yet, I told them yes, can you please confirm refund, no reply from this company. I am very disappointed customer. Avoid this company

Received a sign-up notice for an email…

Received a sign-up notice for an email registered only with McDonald's, seems non-bogus, but we did not sign up.

- Amazon SES origin.
- .com.au domain name checks out.

So McDonald's has leaked the email to a third party or these guys have acted on behalf of Macca's and helped themselves to client assets.

It stinks, but may be legit.

Where's My Stuff?

Appalling! Order placed on 27 July, "apparently" dispatched on August 9th and no delivery to date, although my money has been taken. No telephone number to chase and no answer to 3 of my emails. Think this company may either be in trouble or exceedingly dodgy. Beware!
