This was a scam website. Or perhaps they were once legit, but in the end they ended up not being able to fulfill orders. They never responded to my email. I had to make a dispute through my bank in order to get my money back.

Never received item and I ordered it months ago. I've reached out to them for an update, but they never responded. They continue to ignore me. At this point I'm just trying to get a refund.

Another scam company. Ordered a funko pop and have never received item. They took money in minutes and do not answer any attempts to contact them. I have reported them to the better business bureau!

It seems i fell for same scam other fell for. Ordered a batman black and white statue back in May. Its currently listed in SHOP app as on pre order. Amazon has been selling that same statue for months. Its December and now they wont respond to emails or calls. I'm pissed

I wish I had seen some review be for I bought my product I will never buy for here again I pre ordered something it I was supposed to get it in October here it November I have not heard from them and have no way to contact them I was super excited I really want this item and now I have money spent I won’t get back and no product 💔

Order funko pops and never got them. Try to call or email and never responded

A scam website. I pre-ordered an expensive statue and it never came during the month it was supposed to. They said it would come later in a certain month. It never came. They have not been responding to my communications. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I "pre-ordered" two Funko pops back in April. Before I placed my ordered, I had looked online at reviews for the shop and didn't find many, but the ones I saw were all good. I decided to trust them and place am order. BIG MISTAKE. Everything seemed normal, got emails confirming details, got emails saying they would update me with shipping info. that's the last email I received from them.

I keep checking the website because it says that all of those pops are sold out and it was updated to say "shipping in June" June comes, no pop. I check the website again and it was changed to "Shipping in August." I figured I wasn't in the first round of things to go out. so I waited. August rolls around and I still haven't received any updates from the shop. I emailed them, multiple times, I called them and left messages, dozens of times, I texted them and it was also radio silence. By early September, I found their Facebook and reached out. I got an immediate response. Was told they would look into it and let me know. I was then told by the "owner" that the pops would ship in October in time for Halloween.

Well a few weeks go by, I start to reach out again. I am ignored every time. I start to get frustrated again and decided to recheck the reviews on Facebook and Google and what do you know..... multiple people are reporting having the exact same problem that I am.

This is NOT A GOOD BUSINESS. They are stealing peoples money, not sending them their items, ignoring all communications, and gaslighting people who just wanted a answers. After the recent reviews and my own experiences, I filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back and I am reporting this business. I am sharing my story so that other people can be warned and NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Save yourself the heartache. I was able to immediately order the two funkos I had pre-ordered from this website from Amazon for a cheaper cost and free shipping.

I placed an order back in the beginning august with an arrival date near the end of the month.
I have still yet to receive my order and the shop has been unresponsive.

Terrible!! I’d give ZERO stars if I could. After placing my order I never received any follow up. Called, texted, emailed asking for an update. NOTHING! This place is fake. They should be taken off the Internet. Horrible. Anything listed on this site you can find on other LEGIT websites. Avoid at all costs.

I highly recommend that you avoid this company like the plague. Zero communication. Stole my money. When I asked for a refund, nothing. This company is fraudulent, crooked, and not worth a space to write this review. If I could save one person from ordering from this company, it’s worth it. Again do not order from this company if you expect to get anything from them.

I pre-ordered a Sasuke rinnegan and sharingan Funko pop on August 11th I still haven’t received my confirmation number or anything else I haven’t heard anything else from you guys.

Best place to go for Collectibles no matter if you're a novice or investor. I keep coming back.

I have emailed them twice about an order that I never received any confirmation of its shipping and have not yet received a response. The item was supposed to ship in August, it’s the end of September. I have another item that is set to ship in October, but I don’t have high hopes.

I’ve been looking for a one stop shop for all my favorite collectibles for a long time now. Mutant Mania is that shop. It’s website showcases its products beautifully. With awesome nostalgic collectibles, like classic DC figures, and the cool new toys they keep adding, I can’t get enough. My man cave is decorated with Star Wars, Marvel, & DC figures. My son has the Batmobile (yes I’m trying to make him a Batman fan) and my daughter has the Grogu plush toy. Keep it up guys! I’m lovin the classic toy store feeling with the modern day experience.

My order was shipped and protected so well - it was as if I had a million dollar order. I appreciated the care put in to it. Even though these guys don’t get things as fast as the big box shops they have the best fastest and nicest communication / customer service. They care and Because of that I will continue to spend money with this small business!!
