Muttmart the worst customer service in North America
Do not give these people your money, once they have it you will be lucky to ever receive your goods!!!!!!
Irresponsible, shameful, customer service, the worst I have ever experienced in North America.
Very quick to make false promises to deliver goods on time, while making no effort whatsoever.
The first time the order did not appear, they claimed it was a problem with UPS and that my order had been resent by air.
NOT TRUE, they simply sent it by ground AGAIN, and by the time the goods arrived, I had left the country and it was delivered to an empty doorstop. They had more than 2 weeks to get it to me, and promised on atleast 2 occasions that no matter what they would get it to me by the end of the day.
Incredible.
They never called me back to explain what finally happened, or cancel the order as I repeatedly requested once we knew it would never arrive on time, or even close to on time.
Now I'm out $200 and don't even have the product I bought from them.
Unbelievable.
They even have themselves set up as untouchable. There is only one customer service number for the entire US, and you only get a machine.
They do NOT return your calls, and when their promises do not materialize they simply do not return emails, or allow you to speak to a supervisor or a human being. Only voice mail.
