Terrible
Terrible! They supplied the wrong product and just denied it after I claimed. Now they just ignore me. Ignorant and arrogant company that I now have to get my solicitor to contact!!

My package was opened
I ordered 10 pieces of Alize puffy fine color and GLS informed me about the status of my packet as delivered. I was at home all day and I didn't hear the doorbell. After reading the email, I opened the door but there was not any package. I thought that my packet was in GLS store near me and I planned to go there the next day. So, the next day afternoon I opened my door and found the opened Muziker package and even someone played with the yarns. It was the first time I experienced such a situation. It made me really disappointed and I do not know what to do with the package.
