Extremely poor customer service. Will not buy here again.

Firstly I will start to by saying that their processing time stated on their website is a lie. "Less than 24 hours" basically means it takes them 24 business hours to process. Thus, 3 or 4 days. I found this a bit confusing as I had thought that the way that is stated is just false. When I sent them an enquiry they haven't responded. It is four business days later. I would have liked to receive some sort of response, but none has been received. If you want to buy from a place that has decent prices and non-existent customer support, this is the place for you.

Way too slow and scummy restocking…

Way too slow and scummy restocking policy

Ordered online, every part was listed as in-stock, ordered for in-person pickup.
2 days later, no communication, no reply to ticket, order _still_ isn't ready, half the parts as still 'unallocated'.

Was going to cancel the order and get it elsewhere, when I find they want to charge a 20% (!) re-stocking policy for all the 'allocated' parts (Note: these parts have never left their warehouse, but they still want to charge 20% to cancel an undelivered order!)

Learned my lesson: Will have to continue waiting for this one, but never again.
I recommend other people take their business to places that have less scummy policies and don't lie about parts clearly not being in-stock.

Worst customer service on this planet

Worst customer service on this planet! Bought a numerous thing over the last few weeks and had nothing but trouble! For something that said "IN STOCK AT MWAVE" wasn't processed for days and still proberly wouldn't be if I didn't go down to the warehouse in person. I purchased something that's said "in stock st supplier 7-10 days" and 3 weeks later still nothing. They take days to Reply to your tickets, no one answers their live chat and when you speak to the guys at the warehouse they give you nothing but "im sorry there's nothing i can do to help". But when I requested to cancel the order I was hit with a message not even an hour later! Mind you my other ticket is "still awaiting a reply from Mwave". I've been shopping there since 2016 and never over the years have I ever felt the need to express my self of how badly I have been treated from a customer's point of view. I went to JW computers and got my stuff that day!!
If you value customer service then this is not the place. They have no loyalty to customers and used the excuse of covid 19. People are still working from home its not that hard to Reply to customers! Pay $3 more else where and save yourself the misery.

10/10 would order from again

10/10 would order from again! Got a new cpu and mobo from these guys, mobo was taking a while coming from supplier so contacted mwave and they told me it'd be atleast a week so they told me I could find another mobo that is in stock there and they can change my order, so I did and everything I ordered got shipped the same day, fantastic customer service, thankyou!

Two Weeks ago, order two monitors,

Found out today that they cant supply and was purchased two weeks before the End of the Financial Year for a reason.

Should have read all these other review first as this is so annoying.

Can't even ship correct Item...

Bought a mouse Pad that took a few weeks to arrive, only for it to be the complete wrong mouse pad. Now have to return the mouse pad on my own effort before I can get what I ordered in the first place. laughably unprofessional and a waste of time, would not recommend!

Horrible

Horrible! Earlier this year I purchased 2 portable AC's via Sears. Mwave was the seller. After placing the order, I received a message that the item I ordered was "not as described". ???? I have no idea of what that means!!! And I could never get an answer from the company about what that meant! Now that I see all these reviews, I understand. It took weeks to get my money back and Sears was no better. MWave sent me something but I did not get notification of it until weeks after it was "DELIVERED". Sucks further because the USPS got involved in the matter because they MISDELIVERED whatever MWave sent to me!!! An all around mess.

Please read my review! very bad !!!

Please read my review!! I purchased a MSI Nvidia 2G video card from this place and It was faulty for 100000%! I tested it on several screens and after plug this videol card all screens turned to RED! So I know for 100% that my screen is good and the problem is this video card. After just buying this video card for only a week, I returned it for a replacement. after two days they said the card was fine. not only that they are charging $50 for testing it for me. So for this piece of garbage faulty video card ran back and forth several times, did not get anything working, no replacement, no explanations and end up with this useless piece of garbage and minus $50. Will seriously report this to fair trading. Dont buy things from them if you value your money and time!

Incompetence runs rampant at this company.

I used to buy a lot of items from mwave in the past. However bad customer service, business procedures and wait times have taken it's toll. I will never recommend mwave again and would much rather pay a premium to another company that values it's customers. To put things into perspective it took mwave staff over 45 minutes to retrieve a mouse that I had bought. This trend is also not a one off.
