Truly appalling... i am unable to get Lauren in admin to cancel my subscription. She is refusing to reply to me.... and i have asked 3 times for PK to NOT take any more money but to cancel. I am informed yet again today in an email that more money will be taken next Tuesday and i have missed the deadline for changing an order i have cancelled 3 times. ..... Her emails say "subscriptions can be cancelled at any time".... clearly not..... DONT engage with this company.... funny how a short time after i published this review i get email confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled.......

Customer service is terrible. I placed an order last month and it never arrived, but what's worse is that it still kept billing me each week. I received nothing. Eventually, I cancelled my subscription manually. I contacted support through EVERY available channel (phone, email, instagram, FB) and didn't get a single reply. Avoid unless you want your money taken for nothing.

If you love feeling full for low calories your love my prep, they are impressive, stick there meals in the air fryer 8 mins on 160 it’s a game changer I tell you.

I have been using on and off over the last 5 years, there meals seem to feel me up more than any other meal prep company.

Good value for money and good portion sizes. They taste nice too. And they last 7 days which is great.

The packaging is stupidly frustrating though; you can't get the plastic film off the tray. You have to tear at it for ages before you can start eating. Doesn't put you in a good mood for your meal.

I love the service, I just received my third delivery and very impressed, the food tastes great and it is all good quality stuff, they have changed the menu this week (i think that it changes every few weeks) Which means you won't get bored of the same meals.

So far so good. On my second order now. Easy to order, decent tasting food, delivery top notch.

I’ll like to try the juices but too expensive to take the risk if they taste horrid.

Quality matches the price, good enough selection, reliable and is usually good on comms.
Burnt my finger for the 4th time on their beyond stupid plastic packaging that doesn't come off the plastic tray properly. Also, food tastes funny by 4/5th day

Great food - I've been a customer for 9 months now. I have tried several meal prep companies, but My Prep is definitely the best in terms of flavour and quality. As I am working late evenings - for me the most important things is that I can actually keep them in the office fridge. And My Prep is the only company providing 7 day freshness. Very happy.
