I bought some boots using a loyalty dioscount & they didnt fit. They swapped them for a totally different pair (colour & size) for no charge despite the fact it was outside their agreed returns period. A class act.

Helps in monitoring trends and planning my wardrobe. Excellent photography and descriptions and useful info on sizing. Lovely range of brands and products.

Service is great - swift, and easy to track.

The one time I needed to return goods there was no problem.

I have been using My Wardrobe.com for many years now and can not say enough about them. Always found their customer service team to be helpful.... even going so far as to locate a jacket direct from the designer when it had sold out on their website. It's these little touches that make My Wardrobe.com stand out from the rest. Clothes are always up to the minute, fantastic quality and beautifully packaged!

I wanted to buy a pair of boots on the my-wardrobe site. I emailed their customer service several times to get sizing information but there was no reply. Their customer services phone number is also never answered and if you leave a message they don't call you back. Finally I managed to get sizing information from the designer and went to order the boots only to find the price had been raised by £66 overnight!!!!!!! After many calls to customer service I finally managed to get through to an agent who claimed that their prices ARE NEVER raised. I pointed out that all the shopping comparison sites such as shopstyle.co.uk and telegraph fashion and polyvore were still showing the original price. She refused to honour that price. I am so annoyed that due to their slow customer service responses about sizing I missed out on my boots. I have received much much better customer service from other designer shopping websites such as net-a-porter. I will never order from my-wardrobe.

I would highly recommend this retailer, especially when they have a sale on!

Was interested in buying burberry shoes i couldn't find any where els and was given 75 dollars off for my frist purchase of 300 (dollars). when finally checking out to make my purchase the price posted on check out was 295 on the shoes (354 prior) so discount wasn't give (strike one). chose diff shoes so discount was given this time shoes(burberry still)came out to 350 (thats when i found out they where in the uk because of the duty and customs charge). Double check my order everything billing and shipping was right since u live in the U.S.(CA) got payment conformation, hours later got a letter that they couldn't process my order checked my cc and payment processing. Got an email and they couldn't tell me what the problem but i should now use paypal(strike2). Emailed back no answer checked cc again payment in process.so finally after emailing twice no answer, i decide to call and to my surprise number does not exists(strike3). I dont know how its suppose to be a good website but if this site is not fake why cant i be told the issues with making payment to correct them and having issues calling them i know international (good thing for google). If your products are real paying that much still deserves better services then what i got. BE AWARE NOT MATTER WHAT THEY SAY SEEMS LIKE A FAKE ,AND BE AWARE OF ISSUES IF BUYING IN THE U.S. If real lack of answers you lost a great customer.

ive saw a nice blue striped lyle and scott polo at 50% off, and on the picture of model wearing it the tolp only has two buttons, but on the next picture of it by itself it has 3? it also has 3 on the lyle and scott website.

Ordered some UGGs for the missus for her birthday. They were on sale at a great price, also had option to have them wrapped at no extra cost. Despatched quickly, really well presented box and bag, and she was very happy with the boots. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I had a terrible time with these people. I live in the US. Their home page blatantly posts "free returns," on their home page. Are you kidding me? My return was very expensive by the time I paid the shipping and customs. I could have paid much more if I wanted to return the stuff secured with tracking. I did my best to explain to them that the internet has gone global. There are other countries over there (stylebop.com, topshop.com) that do not mislead customers this way. I don't remember the brands, but I was not impressed by the merchandise.

Got a burberry shirt at a way better price than the actual burberry shop. Great packaging and service as well.

I ordered a beautiful dress and unfortunately the size I wanted was not in stock but they were so helpful and suggested alternative styles or refund. I took my chances and went a size smaller - unfortunately this was wishful thinking on my part ! But the returns process could not have been simpler ( and it was free!) - the money was back in my a/c very quickly (unlike many online retailers !). The dress arrived beautifully packaged and really was a stunning item , they carry lots of beautifully made clothes and shoes that have an edge, a little different from your average online store. I have since ordered a pair of shoes from them - I could also track the parcel online to see it's progress and for ease have it sent to my work address - what online shopping should be ! I'm very impressed.

They did not even send me what i ordered but they did take the money out of my account!
