This is very misleading, you don’t get a gift box, that’s already free. You’re paying for the lettering on the box & because the ‘free’ gift box held all the order & is massive this is a total waste of money!

Just to clarify, one gift box is included free of charge with your order. If you’d like an additional gift box, you can purchase a second one, and you can then choose to personalise either one box or both, depending on your preference.
We’re sorry if this wasn’t clear when placing your order, and we completely understand how this could have caused confusion. We’ll take your feedback on board and share it with the relevant team so we can look at making the wording and options clearer for customers.
