I would give 0 stars if possible.
Item not delivered. I've sent numerous messages which are being ignored. No customer service at all.
Avoid!

AVOID. Whilst the bra was nice it was soo small it was unwearable. They wouldnt exchange and they wouldnt refund. They said id have to return the item to China which would cost me a lot of money. Glad i paid on paypal because they gave me a full refund.

I have had exactly the same situation as Emma... I also wish I didn't have to give them any stars. The product looks nice but the sizing is totally off so they don't fit despite using their guide.

Also absolutely no support. Too tight round your ribs if you can get them on and no support at all. Everything just bounces around.

I've also sent numerous emails which they take ages to respond to and every time say they've sent what I ordered.
I'm not arguing about that, I just need to return them because their provided sizing is wrong and the bras have zero support and they refuse to provide a return address and send me a refund. I ALSO wish I'd never bothered ordering them and would advise people NOT to do the same!

Not supportive at all and keeps riding up when I lift my arms. The one star is for the material which is silky smooth. Further more the 24 hour helpline is as useful as a chocolate teapot. Customer care is completely non existent. Sad that some companies are making money in this manner and getting away with it.😡😡

The best bra I've ever had! Super comfy , actually supportive of my large chest and genuinely super nice. I'm very impressed. Worth the wait, which wasn't even all that long. I've ordered another in a different style and color and I'm excited.

DO NOT BUY!! Items are very poor quality, not true to size, takes 5 weeks to arrive and won’t accept returns despite website stating they do! Their response to me was ‘just give it to someone also as it’s not worth the shipping costs you’ll be charged’ cost me £50 for 2 items that will be given to charity now 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have been chasing them for 3 months for an item that was not delivered, they reply to every email telling me to be patient, they will not issue me a refund!

Awful.
Sent me wrong size. No invoice. After asking and asking an invoice appeared with wrong price and size and no date! Invoice seems to have more recent prices on it,not what I paid so doesnt look genuine. Told me I ordered an S but they sent me a M
Refused to refund or return. Said aftersales care takes so long I should keep the item!! Email addresses are in Asia not UK. Cannot get anywhere with them so going through PayPal Honestly never have seen the like of this.

This company looks to be in the UK with an English address and English mobile which goes to answer machine.
The company is actually in China. The goods are nothing as described either size nor appearance.
I spent £138.17, it took 6 weeks for the parcel to be delivered. They offered £10 compensation which I refused.
Started a paypal dispute and it cost me just over £27 to send it all back to the Chinese address as he claims he doesn't have an English one as stated on the web. Paypal have extended the review as it hasnt got back to them since I sent 3 weeks ago. Hoping to get my original money back but still £27 out of pocket.

THEY DO NOT. They point blank refuse to accept a return.

Scam website….No one should buy from them, their details indicate to be in the UK but they are in china.
Ordered in Jan and over 3 months have not received my package

Con artists. Website states business is in Buckinghamshire, but actually its in China. Item sent is not as described and I have been trying to return it for a full refund. I leep gettiingtold it has to go back to China at my cost. No mention of China at all on their website or in any paperwork. Do not buy from this company. They have been reported to trading standards as they have falsely advertised as a UK Company, which they are not. They have also broken the law with distance selling regulations and are refusing to refund me at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUSTERS.

If I could give this company zero, I would! They are complete rip-off merchants - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their website gives a UK address but the bra I ordered came from China. It didn't fit at all, and when I requested to return it for a refund, they said they had sent the product that I'd ordered so couldn't refund me. I quoted UK consumer legislation so they offered £2 compensation if I kept the item I'd paid £15.99 + £3 postage for. I told them I didn't want to keep it and would accept only a full refund so they asked me to return it by tracked post - at my cost - £12.99! I refuse to throw good money after bad and told them I wouldn't return it...they then offered me £3 compensation! A total joke! I can't claim back via Paypal either because the item wasn't damaged or defective! BEWARE!

Do not buy Never received my boots they say my boots have been delivered to me I've told them they have definitely not been delivered to me so they have now said it's up to me to sort it out with the delivery company they choose and you pay more than it says on the items terrible company never again

First order was great but bra was a little small (3xl) so I ordered again 2 sizes up to the 5xl… order arrived and looked small, I compared it and the cups are half the size of the original ones and the bra is a good 6inches narrower! I took photos to show but they are having none of it! Refusing to give me a return address! Apparently I can’t return as they ‘sent the right size!’ (Even though there’s no way I can get it on!) even highlighting their returns policy they are refusing

Items never turned up, compete rip off. Had to go via bank to claim as fraud. Avoid!!

I give this company 0 stars!! Previously wrote a review on 2nd February. 69 emails have exchanged between us!!! After repeated requests they have still not provided me with their Complaints Policy, Terms and Conditions, or the 'Rules' they refer to in their emails. Total shambles ..... but I have been liaising with Consumer Direct who are forwarding all the information onto Trading Standards. The more people who report to Consumer Direct (citizens advice), the more chance of something being done.

ordered bra with confidence having read their terms saying items can be returned for refund, after waiting over a month was disappointed to find I had received wrong size and was far too small, explained this to them but they point blank refused return/refund, nearly £20 down the drain, wish i'd read reviews on here first!!

I could shoot myself for not checking on this site before I ordered my hair curler with this company, which did arrive but wouldn’t charge… this is the response I got !!!

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
But we don't mean that returns or exchanges are not allowed.
You need to return your item then we will give you a refund.
Just considering that the shipping cost you return will be very high (we will not cover it), it may far exceed the price of the item.
So it is recommended that you keep it.

No idea of where to return it… just have a nice day… this will not be the last time I put negative comments on there posts… I plan to do it every time I see one unless they either send a new item or do a refund…

One very very angry customer….bloody con artist…. Avoid & will also make a complaint to Facebook as they clearly should not be allowed to sell on their site .
