Invaluable Tool For Used Car Buyers
I used MyCarCheck to do a deep dive on over half a dozen classic cars I was thinking of buying. The reports I got back for each car were invaluable in helping me discount those that had a troublesome past, multiple failed MOTs or big chunks of time where they had been off the road, and I eventually narrowed it down to one car, which I take ownership of next week. Can't recommend this site enough!

Paid £19.99 for a bundle of checks - never received on my account. Contacted via the we numerous times, but to date no response. Will remove negative feedback when I get what I paid for
Update - upgrade to 3 star.
Finally received the credits. A lot of hassle trying to communicate as no phone number or email listed making it very difficult to make contact. No explanation as to why the credits did not get credited to my account in the first instance. I will use the credits and probably look around for an alternative provider that I can make “easy” contact with in the event of issue

Absolute shit wouldn’t touch these with a barge pole , there hpi data obviously isn’t upto date after using these to do a premium check on a car which came back clear and to find out 4months later that the car I bought was stolen/recovered 2yrs ago , what’s the point of these shit hpi companies? 🤬🤬🤬 you paid the refund 🤣 your supposed to cover people like myself not to buy cars that have history! Other reputable hpi companies I’ve spoken to say that you probably have paid for updates / or subscriptions , that’s why it didn’t show up this incident happened in 2023 , it’s not like a week ago ,!! Stay away people ,
