MyCarCheck’s charging model is clearly displayed on the website and the terms and conditions also make it clear that we do not offer a subscription which is subject to recurring payments being taken from customers’ accounts.
We are aware there has been an ongoing and recurring issue with Trustpilot reviewers mistaking our business with an operation with a very similar but different name. We are very sympathetic to people that this is happening to but must emphasise that we have never charged those prices, nor have we ever taken those payments.
If you refer to your bank statement this will have details of the company, you have made the payments to. This is not CDL vehicle Information Services Limited.
We have raised the severity of the situation with Trustpilot and are working with them to get these false reviews removed.

Absolute scumbags
Absolute scumbags, having the same issue, paid for 1 check to find I've been signed up to a subscription that I never asked for, will be reporting them for fraudulent activities as this was not asked for.
Tried contacting them but met with silence so will be taking the matter further

purchased a 5 check bundle from them on monday,went to the app on wednesday to check a vehicle the app stated i had no credit despite the fact that i had paid them £23.99 just two days previously to make matters worse there seems to be no way of contacting them.

Made a two hour slot appointment for vehicle inspection of a prospective purchase. A mechanic turned up on time and completed the inspection. Full report showing red and amber faults. The mechanic rang to chat about it too. Renegotiated with the seller. Happy days!

Paid £25 to get credits to check the history of the vehicle I want to buy but I cannot use the credits it just keeps telling me to buy more. Basically just completely ripped me off - 100% a scam. I done a full check in Dec 2021 car showed no finance .so I purchased the car for £5000 .sold it 2 weeks later car has been repossessed in july 22 by the finance company .I done another check with them still showing no finance.this company takes your monies and does not have the updated data.they tell me they donot guarantee the data they supply.i have paid for thier service .I will take them to court.please donot use this company.i now need to pay the person who bought the car from me I'm now out of pocket £5000.
