Very disappointing to say the least

Very disappointing to say the least; I find them very incompetent- not able to answer basic questions such us 'what is a landlord notice fee?' in public services. What a pity that a bank like NatWest uses them.

Delays and lack of communication

Delays and lack of communication. You have to contact them for information.
Still waiting for monies owed after 1 month of chasing, still no cheque and they keep promising me they've sent it.
Use your own solicitor, not this one your bank has recommended.

What a nightmare

What a nightmare - they are called 'involegal' (a Hugh James Company) who do remortgaging on behalf of NatWest. My fixed rate and early charge ended 30th June with the Halifax. All paper work done and uploaded in good time but having to chase and chase to get a completion date. Involegal are not completing until Monday 9th July costing me unessesary interest on the existing mortage that is now on a varible rate. 3 phone calls, 15 emails and after speaking to the manager finally we get Monday 9th July. What a polava.
