Will never use again. I’ve made multiple orders over the last few years & no complaints. My latest order arrived last Saturday, on opening I was disappointed to discover 2/3 of the order was missing. Ok, mistakes happen. So I’ve Emailed multiple times (no reply), called their 24/7 helpline non stop (they never answer). The lesson to be learned is, if you get lucky & they send your correct order 1st time….Jackpot. If there is a problem forget any kind of customer service. Your only option is to claim your money back through your bank/credit card company.

The website said that orders made before 2pm would be delivered next day.
I placed my order at 9.19am on Monday and I even paid extra for guaranteed 1pm delivery for the following day.
My Order did not arrive on the Tuesday so I enquired why and that was due to them not processing the order until that evening, past the time it could have been dispatched. I was not happy as this was in contradiction to what was advertised. I asked for a refund of the additional postage fee I paid and was told it would be processed but I have not had that back.
I therefore expected that I would receive my order by 1pm on the Wednesday instead. I didn't It has just arrived today, 3 days after placing an order which should have been guaranteed for next day before 1pm.
I did email to chase and express my dissatisfaction however I personally found the responses that were sent back to be rude and unhelpful.
I will not be using them again and certainly do not recommend their services.

Cannot recommend enough. Yes you pay a premium for this service but you do get exactly what you pay for. Thank you

I haven't received my order. I have sent numerous emails that haven't been responded to. Neither can I get hold of the organisation via the telephone.
