Well after the first issue with the battery not holding its charge and draining very quickly, even though it was still under warranty they would not replace my bike. And now the back spokes are randomly snapping, and the wheel wobbles so I cannot use it or afford to replace it. I have had this bike not even two years, and I would never buy another bike from this site. My first electric bike I bought was a Electro Vintage and it was brilliant I had it for about 6 years with no problems and could travel more than 2 miles. I would never buy from here again

I would give this 0 stars if I could. This bike has been a disaster from day one. The brakes were completely useless and I had to pay a mechanic to replace them almost immediately.
The first time I was caught in the rain, the bike stopped working entirely. After letting it dry for weeks, I tried using it again. It worked briefly, then suddenly lost all power—even though it was fully charged and switched on. Pedalling was ridiculously hard, as if the motor didn’t exist.
The power kept cutting in and out, on and off with no warning. Today, it has stopped working altogether and is now completely useless.
Do not buy this bike. Total waste of money.

3.that day was gross because now I need it fixed for work the next day and. All communications were dead at mycle except a answer machine.
4.it was awful and embarrassing situation. Bear in mind my friends went on while I sort the bike out.
5.no one got back to emails nor did they contact me back.i have to say I was in tears calling and even that didn't even move them to at least see if I was OK or nothing.
6.The battery is so gross.it is a one way journey battery and If u travel and love a good cycle then forget this bike company.
7.the advertising shows dude cycling out with friends to top of hill and he has no bag with a charger inside. Fiction
8.You guys got away with it today but there will be a day when you shall get all the karma back.

I bought a mycle comfort e bike about a year ago. It didn't work right from the very beginning, I tried to get them to come and have a look but they refused to help. The customer service was not very helpful at all. I'm stuck with a bike that doesn't work at all in the first setting and hardly in the second. There's clearly a fault with the electrics but they refused to sort it out- it also makes a high pitched squeaking sound (I've had the brakes etc looked at and it's not that). I wish I could sell it but feel bad lumbering someone else with it.

I have had the bike and the weather shield for less than a year. The weather shield broke (the zipper is faulty) after less than a year from when it was shipped and after less than 6 months of actual use. It was £260! The company will not stand behind the product and have told us there is nothing they will do.
Also, when we received the bike, the brakes were squeaky, and one hand brake actually broke off a few weeks ago. We had to take it to a bike shop for repair.
I very much regret buying from this company and would caution others against doing so. Find a company that will stand behind its products.

Cycle. Never complained about a company before but enraged by no communication.
The only reason I am doing this now is because I have read other reviews and there is a recurring theme, inability to contact this faceless company.
Called a dozen times and emailed with no response.
I have a problem with the battery and I am unable to discuss it with the company.
On further investigation of truspilot reviews 7 of their last 10 reviews have been one star!!
Maybe this will get a response but I am not sure it will as they cant answer there phone or email never mind this website. Optimisticly pessimistic!!

The power control lets in water
Things to from bad to worse. See previous review for brake disaster…I improved the non existent brakes through a good local mechanic who immediately recognised the callipers as being “cheap and useless”. He replaced them with ones that grip properly.
I had then ridden the bike in good weather but as soon as it started raining recently, water got into the power control unit on the handlebar and it simply won’t work at all now. The components on these bikes are cheap substandard and completely inadequate. Don’t go anywhere near Mycle, it’s a rip off.
Waiting over a month for my bike
Waiting over a month for my bike. No communication whatsoever. Why run a business selling bikes when you can't deliver a bike. Most likely answer is that your using customer money to run your business with no intention of supplying what has been ordered. Having read how others are experiencing the same problem, I will be passing details of my order to trading standards.
Update 20/9/24: Following the reply below I look forward to an actual delivery date.

Ordered 2 bikes 5 weeks ago and still nothing. Was wanting them for the summer holidays but that's over and done with and now making payments on items I don't even posses
Avoid buying a cargo mycle
Avoid buying a cargo mycle. We have had a mycle cargo bike for 10 months. The spokes failed and broke on the back wheel. My excellent local bike repairer noted the wheel follows very bad practice and the spokes were very high likely to fail. He also then pointed out very poor build quality and technique all over the bike. Mycle have so far refused to pay the over £100 repair to the spokes saying it is not covered by warranty.

After a long wait Mycle telephone me and we discussed the problem and due to Laurence the technician the problem was resolved,I appreciate the effort they finally gave but it only has taken a couple of weeks where a phone call would have resolved all of the problems.

customer service very helpful after mishap
we were not quite lucky with our bike, but I have to say that the customer service was very helpful to sort out our issue. I found it difficult to assemble the bike and follow the instructions, which might be, because I am not used to assemble bikes. It would be nice to put up a slow step by step assembly instruction. We then had the unfortunate case, that the battery jumped out of the bike while driving, probably because we did not put the battery properly into the bike so that it locked. So, always make sure the battery is locked into the bike as the bike does ride, even when the battery is not properly inserted and that can cause dangerous accidents. The customer Service team took the bike back and checked it and it seemed to have been probably our own fault. We came to good solution for both sides. Mycle really tries its best.
Poor customer service and a bike not working from day 1
I've been quite shocked at how bad my experience has been with Mycle given they mostly seem to have good reviews. It took a long time to ship the bike out and I wasn't kept informed of what was going on. After waiting 3 weeks for it, it doesn't work. The pedal assist does not function. Customer service is very slow to reply, it's been a week since I last contacted them about the bike not working. I've been as patient as I can be as I know it's a small company but it's unacceptable that they didn't check the bike was working before shipping it out and are taking such a long time to respond without offering any resolution.

I bought my scooter from this company and it’s very good, it comes with everything needed and has a good battery life. However there seems to be no app despite having Bluetooth connection symbol on the screen
