It is a nightmare
I, like many others here, have a payed Order from 20. January 2024 - a few days later they were bankrupt and i had to wait without any information. I tried to get my money back - didn't work, i waited and got a message, that my order is going to be in progress right now - it was end of April 2024 - weeks went by and i asked again - and again - last message was: they say they cannot "find" my order - it is a nightmare - 6 Months fully paid and nothing got for! I just want my assigned order or my money back - that's all.
I know it is not the people working at the support who are causing this!

Good job
They were insanely quick. They went straight to work and finished the assembly within a quarter hour. Afterwards, they even went the extra mile and checked the rest of the cupboard for any possible mistakes, and corrected them.

You cannot order as a company
Tried to order there for a company. The website is broken for that process: You need to enter a Swiss company ID, but both their example format and the actual Swiss format is not accepted.
Tried to reach the customer service, which was both slow and unhelpful. Did not order in the end.
