Wrong amount (too much money) withdrawn from credit card in webshop
I purchased a dress that was marked down from 129,- GBP to 64,50 on 3. January 2017 but the order confirmation said 90,30 plus shipping GBP 11,95. The total amount withdrawn from my credit card is 102,25. I contacted the company as soon as I found out that the amount was wrong. I had to write several emails, as I received no answer until I called them. They claimed that the price was not marked down untill 6.1.2017 which is not correct. I have screen dumps of the website. I had to remind the company again today as I received no reply after I sent all documentation yesterday and I am now offered a full refund. I will not risk sending the dress back - plus pay additional shipping from Denmark as the correspondance has not been too good and I will not risk loosing the full amount + the item. The bank adviced me against that.
The case has now been handed over to my bank including my documentation as I have had no luck talking to the shop. The service is real lousy and dishonest. Be careful with that webshop.
