I love the size and the metal parts and deep trays to stop poop flying out. I have chinchillas so they cannot have plastic in their cage which is why I love that this cage contains no plastic. However after having the cage for 2 weeks 2 bars have already snapped off.
Don't buy! I've had my metal cage for less than a year and has already broken, on its side and metal parts have come apart. Not only have I emailed showing what has happened, but called multiple times and I don't think the number is active. I wouldn't waste loads of money on a cage that isn't stable.
Ordered a little zoo venturer cage on Wednesday morning, turned up early the next day. The cage was very well packaged, and assembly was very easy even on my own. Often these things can be fiddly to get everything lined up etc and I was expecting some swear words, but it was quite straightforward. Cage itself seems very well built and designed, more expensive than others I looked at, but I’m very pleased with it so far. The rats seem happy with their new home too. Overall very positive experience and I’d definitely order from them in future.
Ordered a cage late on a Friday. Despatched Monday, received Tuesday. Excellent, in keeping with published timescales.
Sadly, a box was damaged in transit resulting in damage to the underlying panel.
Lisa responded swiftly and arranged a replacement panel straight from supplier.

Can't fault this company. The cage i bought was cheaper than anywhere else and had free next day delivery where others charged.
The cage was damaged upon receipt (from manufacturer not seller) and when I emailed MyDegu I got reply within 15 minutes even though it was a Sunday. Lisa was extremely helpful and went out of her way to get a satisfactory resolution as quickly as possible.
