Literally the worst service I’ve ever received from a delivery company for the standard 3-4 days delivery they need atleast 10+

The worst delivery company by far. Never use this business. Ive been living for 13 years now in germany and Not a single time have they delievered on time, always with some excuse to not make the time or destination. They always write they couldnt find the adress, when they not even tried, and make up excuses even tho sending a package is not cheap. When they "try" to deliver they dont even ring the bell and its sad that in 13 years that hasnt even changed. If I could give them negative stars I would, incredibly incompetent and downright worst company for delivery.

They somehow are never able to find our house. Every other courier company is able to but not DPD.
If they do deliver, it is delivered about 3 blocks away to the wrong address and only the goodness of the neighbours means I got the package.
Again today, 1 stop away and then they cannot find my house supposedly. Not even delivered to a nearby pack station. Absolutely useless.
I wish merchants would stop using DPD.

On day 2 of them saying my package will be delivered today. Almost 1700. The worst part is the "live" tracking hasn't moved all day. Avoid shipping anything with this company at all cost. It's too bad I cannot give 0 stars, because they only had one job. Deliver a package, which is apparently outside of their ability. We'll let's hope for day 3 maybe.

They skipped my delivery and i was waiting down my apartment. Ms Dobrev thank you from mother with small child. I dont know how you earn your money but its not fair at all. 10 kg package to pick up from far away. I will never trust dpd again.

Unreliable. Had things get lost. Most recent parcel is delayed by a week. And delivery person does not bother delivering - brings it to a shop nearby.

Very disappointing experience with DPD.

My order was split into two parcels. The first one did arrive, but it was handed over to a random neighbour even though I never agreed to that. The second parcel was marked twice as “recipient not at home”, although I was at home during both delivery windows, and on the second day I specifically stayed home the entire day to receive it.

No one rang the bell, no one called, and no notice was left in the mailbox — nothing at all.

I even tried to track the van live and went outside to find it (while leaving my friend at home so the parcel could still be received), but could not find any DPD vehicle nearby. This seriously makes me doubt that a real delivery attempt happened at all.

My impression is that DPD leaves some parcels with random neighbours without permission, and for others — especially heavier ones — may simply mark them as “recipient not at home” without actually attempting delivery. Very frustrating service and a huge waste of time.

Not happy at all. Online status of my delivery: 2 delivery attempts, while in reality there was none. I was at home the whole week! And now I am waiting since 2 days for any indication in which paket station it was dropped.
If I could place minus 5 stars service, i would as this is not the first similar experience.

We started working in Germany as business with DPD.
It was a very big mistake.

We realized it when started receiving feedback from customers that they are waiting for the parcel (inside the country)
For more than 20 days. Now it seems to be somewhere in Spain.
Need to return money to customer back.

No support, ignoring emails.
Avoid working with them.

I chose a pickup shop as the delivery location because I was at work . However, I went to the shop in question and the package is not there. The DPD website says the parcel has been delivered, but there is nothing.

everytime the package arrived, always damaged(Lörrach, De) i hope they are more careful with the handling goods they are delivering…

They’re the worst ever. The driver never came to the door even though he was on the street but never came to the door and i got an email that said that we couldn’t meet you in person also the costumer supporter avoided to answer why he never came by the door. It’s better to close the company than work this type of work like this.

Terrible customer service failed to deliver twice even after i corrected my adressse so shoe got marked return to sender i reordered them corrected my address again and made a deposit okay for the front door they didnt leave it at the front door and took shoe back to the warehouse finally got what i ordered after 3 weeks of talking to customer service.

package not delivered as instructed, and ended up getting stolen, but judging from the previous reviews this is common occurence...

Do not use DPD.

Absolute garbage. DPD fails to deliver to their own paketshop for three times and then decide to send it back. They don’t offer solutions despite repeated calls and emails.

The customer service is also ridiculous and unprofessional. They do not empathise with the fact that neither sender nor recipient have any fault here and fail to listen or offer constructive solutions. Shameful.

Courier never passed by the address as i was at home all day but he marked customer unavailable, 2 times. No number to call to locate my parcel...

One of the worst delivery services I have ever known

Getting a package from Germany to Sweden. Has been with them in the warehouse for 14 days, and yet there is no update with regards to that.

When mailing them, asking about the details, the only thing they say is, "your email address is incorrect". its like a standard answer to all 4 different messages that I sent them. all with the same reply.

How much does it take for them to handover the parcel to postnord. Very disappointed with them. No updates on the parcel.

NOTE: would be glad if there was a minus when giving review to them
