total scammer

total scammer. paid for clothes and never received. reported to shopify who are going to investigate and getting my money back from my bank who are also going to investigate. The bank say depending on the outcome of the investigation they may get the police involved. The founder Teona Burchuladze never responds to emails. According to Linkedin she has a law degree!
It would not surprise me if she was jetting off around the world with everybody's money. She's an absolute disgrace and I sincerely hope she stops getting away with this as clearly judging by all the reviews she's done this to many innocent people.

Unreliable Company - Steer well clear

Paid money, did not receive the goods. Company then stated they had resent goods (they hadn't) and did not reply to my emails requesting my money back.
Eventually got my money back through my bank.
Do not buy from this company, they will give you nothing but grief.

do they exist?

I purchased a dress on the 1st of February using the Worldpay system. Money has been taken and receipt of payment received from Worldpay but I have not heard anything at all from My Dress Room. I have tried to check My Account on their website but it advises I need to verify my email address even though no email has been received from them. I have requested the email be resent at least 10 times and emailed/used their Contact us page at least 6 times without a response.

I guess it's a scam

My girlfriend paid for a top through WorldPay on 30th October and she has heard nothing since then, despite attempts to contact them via phone and email. Their Facebook page contains similar complaints.
