Fast shipping, well made bags and faithful to the photos on the site. Recommended!
The bag don’t look like the photo on the website. I return it.
I ordered a bag over 8 months ago and still haven’t reccived it. I received a tracking number that doesn’t exist. I have tried contacting them by mail, instagram and facebook several times, after a month I finally received a reply. I got no information why my bag hasn’t arrived and I asked them to cancel my order. Still no money back, no bag or not even a reply. As I see here that many people have the same experience, my next step is to report them to the police.
Purchased a bag in september, 26/11 still no sign of delivery. Customer service deliberately avoids replying or contact on any platform in order to stall the process and evade refund or replacement. Don’t waste your money on this fraud company.
Wouldn't recommend. I ordered a bag on the 3rd of june. I was told that it would arrive 5-10 days later. I have sent several emails, facebook messages, I have even posted on their facebook and instagram pages. I didn't receive any answer and I even got all those posts deleted! I still don't know where my order is, since I can't reach anyone. I'm really disappointed with their costumer service and I definitely won't buy any more products of this company (Myenna).
